I used my Hotei whetstone sandpaper on the planer stand .The Aoto was not surfaced all the way it was very fast cutting dry, I saved some of the powder also

You have an ability to use old fashion cement of stomatological treatment and no need for grinding and there for losing some of thickness of the stone.
I do that so many times. Do not forget to use some of the theaner... it can be even some water or other solubles...
