Glad to see you went with the gradient. The background colours you decided on really make the petals glow. Well done 🏆.

This was great, thanks! You do such a great job of relaying what you are doing at each step, I always learn a lot.

Another beautiful work! I’m glad you went with my favourite! It looks almost like I envisioned. The red shades in the background were a nice surprise.
I think I would have gone slightly darker on the violet pinks and definitely not be bold with the red but it really creates depth whilst not “mudding” darkening the background too much.
Thank you for the inspiration of trying new combinations!

      Thanks so much!
It wasn’t the most popular option in the polls, but it was the combo I was most excited by! Sometimes you just have to follow your gut! 😁

It's so hard to have precise linework on pastelmat eh. How do you deal with that?

Super sharp pencils! Also, I often draw on a separate sheet, worm our all the proportions and then transfer it over. (The piece I did in this video was on lightfast paper, which is a white cotton paper)

I never liked those clickbait titles and the thumbnails with the weird faces. I think it is better to say 10 tips to draw pink objects instead of don't do this or that, or title this as a tutorial. Ok think it is a more positive way of presenting your content.
You are a great artist, you don't need the clickbait style, that's for other people with bad content.

I appreciate the constructive feedback. Thank you. I had a back up thumbnail for this video with a different less extreme face and I switched it out... do you think its better?
The "don't do this" text was actually used on my 2 highest performing videos, so I was trying to copy what was going on there and see if I could replicate the results... but maybe they were successful for another reason :)

@Lana Gloschat Art I'm pretty sure your channel is going to increase in subscribers and views because of the quality content. The thumbnails looks better but still doesn't reflect the content IMHO.
I think you can use better tags in the description, and a clear title is very useful. "Don't do this" sound like a list of things not to do, and it hides those tips content.
Another good idea if you do tutorials is to put stars of difficulty and create playlists by difficulty. That helps your viewers. I saw the stars in a guitar channel called Sky Guitar and it is life saving.
I'm already advanced in drawing and painting but i enjoy watching artists do their thing. And i tell you sincerely that you have one of the best colored pencil channels i have ever saw, and I've been watching UA-cam for ten years. I only see good things ahead for you.
