You should totally do like a "Try a Chapter" video! I tried to read All the Crooked Saints because I've given all of Maggie Stiefvater's other books five stars, but I was so bored after like a hundred pages and I eventually wound up DNFing the book.
You should definitely do a read a chapter challenge for the ones you're unsure of. I love you and your channel so much. You're so amazing and got me back into reading again
I read Five Feet Apart and LOVED it. It's now my favorite book of all time. Its is a contemporary but i think you'll love it. Try it in the Try A chapter tag if you have mixed feelings.
the paperback of zenith is so prettyyyyy i get such relief watching unhauls, idk why i find it so relaxing! try a chapter tags that lead to an unhaul are fun!! i'd love to watch you do it! your caaaat!!
i have been wanting to read five feet apart, because i have cystic fibrosis which is the illness represented in the book and im curios to see how it is represented
Try to read Five Feet Apart if you can! I read it for the Teen SPOTM voting period and it was so good. Made me cry several times, and I don't cry often at books. Also, I suggest you do a try a chapter tag for your undecided books.
I read Five feet apart this month and really enjoyed it. Because I have a lungdisease myself it was special to read about it and I think it was done really good.
If you like the covers, just keep the slip covers and hide small things in it so you can still keep it on your shelf? I am about to do an unhaul soon too and I feel that pain of, "but, what if--!" Try A Chapter would be really fun! Have a good week~
I enjoyed Five Feet Apart. It made me cry while I was reading it, but I didn't cry at ALL reading or watching The Fault in our Stars, which people say if you enjoy TFIOS, you'll like FFA.
I listened to the audiobook for Five Feet Apart and while it's not to best book I've ever read, I really did enjoy the story. It's a very quick read and worth it in my opinion.
It’s hard to unhaul but I do feel like it makes me more fired up to read what I do keep. I really only want to have stuff on my TBR that I can’t wait to pick up. Once they are gone you won’t worry about them!
Beyond a Darkened Shore is a little dense, and like you said, mixes a few mythologies. However, the action scenes are awesome, and I ended up enjoying it in the end.
I thought that Five Feet Apart was a cute contemporary. It wasn’t the best book but I really didn’t care because I went into it for more of the fluffy romance than the actual writing. Also, the representation of both the book and the movie is good and from what I can tell, pretty accurate (but I’m definitely not an expert).
All the crooked Saints is a weird because (obviously, as it is by Stiefvater) but it's so great and I loved it but I don't think that one chapter will be enough for you to know if you like it.
I love how honest and eager you were to get rid of duplicate copies! Unless it’s like your all time favourite book I don’t understand why people keep duplicate copies... some one else can read them!!! Your old school not having a library is honestly so sad, I’ve never heard of a school not having one - so amazing that you are making one 🙌🏽
I’m reading Five Feet Apart at the moment and enjoying it. It’s worth giving a try as it’s less than 300 pages. However, I’ve heard it is not own voices and may pose an inaccurate representation of CF.
For me reading "Dry" was one of the most stressfull relatable and scariest things that I have ever read. Mainly because of the fact that for a certain time period here in Puerto Rico, whe had something that was very similar to what's happening in the story. Back in 2014 we when through a drought that caused a lot of problems and worry around the Island. Many of us were on water rationing for about six months, only having running water for two days a week, sometimes only one day. It was a very hard time for everyone in the Island. Not only that but it was only one year ago that hurricane Irma and Maria also caused chaos in Puerto Rico, which meant that we didnt have water at all for a longer time period. I remember people fighting for water bottles, trying to wash clothes to feel clean, even coming up with contraptions to makes things easier during that time. I can see why "Dry" isn't everyones type of book. But it talks about a what if in the future if we aren't more considerate with the enviroment. Specially for people who have experienced similar scenarios in life. I think that is why this book so important, not many people will agree but its just my opinion. Even so Hailey I love your channel and your bubbly personality! Wishing you always the best!!
I personally really enjoyed Five Feet Apart and recommend that you give it a shot. I would say read at least 2-3 chapters on it though as it switches perspective in each chapter.
Haven't even watched the vid yet but this is EXACTLY what I'm about to do to my shelves (and am putting off to watch this instead 🙃😂) cleanse the new year! 🖤🖤
Yes! Do try chapter reading and then you can decide which book to read and which book to unhaul. Btw, I bought Alison Weir's The Children of Henry VIII at a BookSale here in my country. Also is Queen of the Tearling by Erika Johansen a good book to read? I wanted to buy it but I ended picking up Alison Weir.
Aww sorry you felt like not continuing or just felt like getting rid of Bear and the Nightingale, I am currently obsessing over the last book in the series :'D It's just one of those books I heard everyone rave about wanting to read, bought and read it myself, and then only a few people ended up reviewing it on youtube and no one has talked about the sequel like at all...
I kinda like unhauls, idk why xD When I don't like I book I want to get rid of it as fast as possible (like I want to give these books someone who enjoys them ^^)
Hey Hailey, I think you should try five feet apart, I just finished reading it and I loved it, and really think that it's worth a try! About it being based off of the movie script, I was surprised when I found out that it was based on the movie, it doesn't seem that way at all. Anyway sorry for the long comment, and have a great day 🙂
Could I convince you to keep "The Bear and The Nightingale"?!?!? I was so excited for you to read it. It's basically a Russian inspired fairytale retelling. And you love fairytales!
u know what hailey? u tried and that's what matters ❤️
readwithcindy bless 💜
Please do the try a chapter tag! I love those videos ❤️😃
Rachel Mills yes they are so good

"Try a chapter" tag sounds cool! I would love to see it
Honestly, the best part of this video is the portion where you were sat on the floor and your hand was talking to us. 🤣
Agreed!!
You should totally do like a "Try a Chapter" video! I tried to read All the Crooked Saints because I've given all of Maggie Stiefvater's other books five stars, but I was so bored after like a hundred pages and I eventually wound up DNFing the book.
tbh you could probably skip the middle and go right to the last couple chapters. the story is good overall but the middle does drag a bit
You should definitely do a read a chapter challenge for the ones you're unsure of. I love you and your channel so much. You're so amazing and got me back into reading again
Bear And The Nightingale may just be my favorite book of 2019 SO GOOD
I think you should read a chapter in the books that you are unsure of, and then decide whether to keep reading or not.
Yes!
Why am I so in love with unhauls
I know, right?
They're so cathartic
I absolutely love the fact you send it to your school because there are some amazing books they can get their hands on!

I loved Five Feet Apart!!! I read it start to finish yesterday and cried multiple times
I read Five Feet Apart and LOVED it. It's now my favorite book of all time. Its is a contemporary but i think you'll love it. Try it in the Try A chapter tag if you have mixed feelings.

your caaaat!!
I loved FIVE FEET APART. It was a tear jerker. I read in a few hours, which means it had me hooked. I recommend it.
Id love to see the try a chapter tag! I LOVED the Glass Spare!
You should try a chapter of The Bear and the Nightingale! I'm not really a fantasy person (they all feel the same to me) but I really loved that one!
They're basically all the same. That's why I've been avoiding it.
You crack me up! What a great video! Try a chapter is a great idea for those you are thinking of unhauling.
Love watching try a chapter tag videos! I think it’d help you narrow down what to keep and get rid of!
i have been wanting to read five feet apart, because i have cystic fibrosis which is the illness represented in the book and im curios to see how it is represented

Yes give All the Crooked Saints a try!! It’s so interesting :)
Try to read Five Feet Apart if you can! I read it for the Teen SPOTM voting period and it was so good. Made me cry several times, and I don't cry often at books. Also, I suggest you do a try a chapter tag for your undecided books.
I just bought Five Feet Apart and I'm so excited🤩🤩
It is such a great book!!!!!
I ended up listening to the audiobook for Five Feet Apart and really enjoyed it !😍
I read Five feet apart this month and really enjoyed it. Because I have a lungdisease myself it was special to read about it and I think it was done really good.
i really liked five feet apart. i lost a friend to CF so i got hella emotional reading it but all in all, pretty good.
I liked Five Feet Apart. It was good.
I was snuggling with my kitty while watching the video and when you held up your kitty she meowed and reached out her paw.
You should read the Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society.
Also i really enjoyed this vid especially the unhaul from the bookshelf part.
Omg Hailey you’re almost at 200k! It’s been so fun watching your channel grow 💕
need to do an unhaul asap! I currently have about 350 unread books on my shelves and it's too much lol!!
If you like the covers, just keep the slip covers and hide small things in it so you can still keep it on your shelf? I am about to do an unhaul soon too and I feel that pain of, "but, what if--!" Try A Chapter would be really fun! Have a good week~

You should try The bear and the nightingale :)
It’s hard to unhaul but I do feel like it makes me more fired up to read what I do keep. I really only want to have stuff on my TBR that I can’t wait to pick up. Once they are gone you won’t worry about them!
Yes to try a chapter tag 🙏
ohhhh but The Glass Spare is amazing!!!!
Beyond a Darkened Shore is a little dense, and like you said, mixes a few mythologies. However, the action scenes are awesome, and I ended up enjoying it in the end.
Kassidy Voinche that makes me really want to read this!
Five Feet Apart was an ok book. I recently read it and it took me a few days to actually get into it, but once I did I loved it!
This fanko pop mad hatter drives me hella crazy 😍😍😍😍😍😂😂

You should do the Try a Chapter video. I actually really love Mad Miss Mimic, its such a lovely story.
I have never seen the one chapter book tag. Sounds very interesting. Hope you end up doing that video. Love the content all very interesting.
this inspired me to go try and unhaul some books! happy reading!
Try a chapter tag please! I love those kind of videos and it can give you the feel of whether or not it’s for you.
Unhauls feel so refreshing 😂
I always love your unhauls!
yesss i'd love to see you doing the try a chapter tag
even though five feet apart is based on the movie trailer, it’s a good book and helps prepare you for certain scenes shown in the trailer!
You should definitely do a try a chapter tag!
I dont get rid of books. Ones i don't like my family may enjoy, and i use them as references. Also they look great. And i want a full library 😉📚.
That's so awesome of you! Some people rely on their school library for books!
I have three copies of A court of thorns and roses, should I maybe get rid of one or two>
It's so awesome that you knew there wasn't a library at your high school and decided to just make one yourself. Very cool.
All the crooked Saints is a weird because (obviously, as it is by Stiefvater) but it's so great and I loved it but I don't think that one chapter will be enough for you to know if you like it.
You should definitely do the try a chapter tag with the books your unsure about!

I laughed when you ended up on the floor, lol!
Congrats on 200K
Yes new year more shelf space ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Five feet apart was so good
DNFing books physically hurt me.😂 I've only ever called it quits with "The Alchemist." I was ready to stop that one!
I’m reading Five Feet Apart at the moment and enjoying it. It’s worth giving a try as it’s less than 300 pages. However, I’ve heard it is not own voices and may pose an inaccurate representation of CF.
Meghann Palmer Wow, I didn’t know what. Would love to read about the real life couple if you have any links :)

Yes! Do try chapter reading and then you can decide which book to read and which book to unhaul. Btw, I bought Alison Weir's The Children of Henry VIII at a BookSale here in my country.
