Sergio Mendes and Brazil '66 recorded this song in the sixties and that's the first time I recall listening to it. Emilie, I'm not sure I've heard you much but you performed one of my favorite songs magnificently! Thank you! ❤

Emilie-Claire, in the 1970s one of the radio stations in Guyana South America played the instrumental version of this song every morning at start of transmission. You bring back that tropical dreaminess with your voice.

@@EmilieClaireBarlowChannel Yes it is a wonderful melody. The version I heard as a kid was a flute led version and I have heard an acoustic guitar version, but you are correct, it is the smoothness of the melody that provides the magic!!
