This is so awesome you went to Maine to eat fresh lobster, Norma!!! I'm loving adventuring beyond Vegas, expanding your channel content! Like you said, the lobster IN Maine is so much more delicious that one can't truly describe to others how much better it tastes! The BEST lobster I have ever had in my life was in Maine as well, in Bar Harbor and then Portland, Maine. I was in lobster heaven with every bite, no exaggeration! As a foodie, I feel it is worth the trip! Looking forward to seeing more content like this!

Bite Into Maine had the absolute BEST lobster roll we had in NE. It's truck is located right near the Cape Elizabeth Light.

Being someone who was born in New York City but raised in Southern New England I've never been a big fan of sea food especially shell 🐚 fish. However after watching this particular video of yours now I'm going to try a Lobster roll this up coming Summer.

We live mid north in Texas. Always used to go to Red Lobster & love it. Daughter was in the service stationed in Maine. We DO NOT eat seafood anymore unless we just crave it, because once you've had lobster in Maine, it spoils you for anything else.

Lobster, fresh Aussie crab etc in Australia are all SUPER expensive because we regulate our coastal waters so strictly - also send A LOT to Japan and Asian countries. But a fresh Aussie Tasmanian lobster here - looking at $150 - $250 dollars!

I always choose the Bar Harbor Maine sites when we go up there for lobster. You will find if you take the New England cruises they almost always have a stop in Bar Harbor and an excursion to a lobster shack. mmm!!!

As a native New Englander and now living in Las Vegas if you go to Maine just to have lobster or New England just to have lobster you have no clue what you're missing out on. After you tried out Maine Lobster an absolute must is to have a New England Fisherman's Platter with fried shrimp scallops clams calamari and a nice portion of haddock and most definitely a bowl of New England clam chowder or New England seafood chowder or baked schrod at many restaurants as well as some of the best breakfast ,ice cream, and pizza on the planet and none of this freshness and quality is available in Las Vegas.
I'm in RI and I'm jealous lol. We have seafood everywhere, great colab, should colab with every burger in Vegas, pick your favorite and Alex pays lol. Tyvm
Hey Norma, you should have gone to Seal Harbor in Acadia National Park and taken a dip in the water, it's usually in the 40s during the summer. The group that I was coming camping with did it after MTB and I was instantly frozen.

Those fabulous lobsters look like it was worth the cross country trek to get to Maine to give them a try. Watching this makes me want to book the next flight out to give them a try myself. I wouldn't know which to try first between the hard or soft shell. After watching you truly enjoying them, I imagine I would give the hard shell a rating of 3.5 out of 4, and the soft shell, my favorite, a 6.5 out 7. Great job Norma!! 🌠
The lobster rolls are my favorite with a huge bowl of New England clam chowder. Also clams on a half shell oysters and muscles really complete a good New England meal in my opinion….excellent video❤️

Your video brought back memories. Our first trip to Maine was two decades ago. First time I had a lobster roll. We were in the area (including New Hampshire and Vermont) and all I wanted to eat were lobster rolls for lunch. Even the McDonald's there had lobster rolls. Shaking Crab reminded me of Hot and Juicy - a chain with similar offerings as SC. The ones I've been to are in L.A. and Orlando. Enjoyed your video. Thank you.
This should be a theme in your next few videos. Eat lobster in Vegas, fly to Maine. If you eat wagyu beef in Vegas, you need to fly to Japan! This could get very expensive. Great video, thanks.
When I lived in New England I used to stop by Red's in Wiscasset, ME - best lobster rolls around. The place was tiny and only accepted cash. The woman in line ahead of me ordered two rolls for her and her husband back at the hotel. All she had was a credit card. The owner gave her the two rolls and business card with the price written on it and asked her to mail a check when they got back to Wisconsin. Wiscasset is a world away from the valley.
Fun video as always. It was neat to travel virtually to another state. It was definitely a "Maine" event haha. Definitely need to try lobster more. I got some lobster tacos once but it was a tiny piece of lobster the size of a quarter. Got my birthday coming up on the 4th just trying to plan some dinner ideas. Maybe even live wild and get lunch too.
Oh hell yeah - I’ve been to Bar Harbor twice and would stay there just for the food… until the winter time at least; then I’d come back to Vegas. One thing that kinda sucks is that even though the lobster is fresh and local, it’s still just as expensive in BaHaba as it is anywhere else (lobster rolls are 20 bucks there too) preeeettty much because BH is a tourist destination like Vegas. Fantastic little town though and it’s super cool to see you appreciating it.

In about 1984 I was at Bar Harbor and got the special. Two 1-pound lobsters for 10.99 and pie for dessert. one of the best meals of my life. Went downtown and got a crab roll and chowder also awesome.

I frequently vacationed in Maine and would spend all of that time eating nothing but whole lobster and the side dishes that came with it. Ten days of non-stop lobster for lunch and dinner. I didn't eat breakfast because I couldn't find any place that served whole lobster during breakfast hours. Loved it! Your video makes me want to go back again.

Before I moved to Las Vegas, I used to live in Bangor, Maine. Bar Harbor is 40 miles south of where I live. When you came to Maine, did you fly into Portland or Bangor?
Best lobster I've ever tried was at the fish market in Sydney Australia. It's a different kind than in Maine, but very similar. There, they cut it in half, cover it in a rich, cheesey mournay sauce, and bake it. Mmmmm

Have you tried the stone crabs at Joe's? They are amazing. I go to the original Joe's in Miami Beach often, but haven't tried their place at Caesars yet. Stone crab season begins October 15th if you want the freshest.

When you put gloves on in addition to the bib, you know you're doing serious lobster eating! There's something so satisfying about hearing the crack of the shell, knowing the meat is ready to be pulled out. So is crab still your favorite, or has lobster taken the lead? Crab seemed to be on your mind in the bloopers.😄

Can vouch that Maine is the most underrated seafood destination. Every restaurant sells lobster rolls including McDonalds. Great hiking and there are plenty of empty beaches
