If you’re a leader or potential leader in digital technology, academia or research, or arts and culture, you can apply for a Global Talent visa to work and live in the United Kingdom (UK).
The Tech Nation Visa, officially known as the Global Talent Visa, enables exceptional tech talent from any country in the world to settle, live and work in the UK’s digital technology. The Tech Nation visa is a Tier 1 visa created for applicants with technical skills or business skills in the digital technology sector.
To get the Visa, you'd simply be required to get an endorsement from Tech Nation with which you can apply for your Visa at the Home Office.

I have applied for the global talent endorsement and its been 3 weeks now and I've not gotten feedback. I'm in Nigeria. Although, home office sent me a mail to allow 8 weeks for feedback.
Is 8 weeks now the waiting period for foreigners?
8 weeks is quote a stretch. Please send an email to the home office, and they'll look into it.

Hello Isaac, I am currently In the Uk and work here too but I am looking to switch my visa. I worked as a Head of Sales for a Saas fintech company before moving, my previous CEO has offered to give a recommendation for me and I have another Cofunder that is willing to recommend me too. No. The Global Talent visa is for employees and founders with technical or business backgrounds, including all tech sub-sectors like fintech, AI, cyber, and games, who work for a company in the digital technology sector
