Ultimate Bangkok Chinatown Food Tour: 15 restaurants and street food (4 Michelin Bib Gourmand)

Bangkok's Chinatown is a food paradise, full of hidden gems, and there are quite a few Michelin-starred restaurants. In this episode, we have special guests, two friends from Siberia whom we met while climbing a volcano in Bali. We arranged to explore 15 different food spots in Bangkok's Chinatown together, four of which are Michelin Bib Gourmand.
I initially thought that Bangkok's Chinatown was just Yaowarat Road, but later discovered that it is actually quite a large area, including Charoen Krung Road, as well as several small areas like Talat Noi, which we introduced in earlier episode.

When i was a children food in Bkk is salty because thai-chinese 70% lived here .Now there are many people form others province come the food taste change to more sweet and spicy may be they eat spicy so they need sweet and sugar is cheap because we are sugar exporter.
