why not use Set IO enhancements instead of SO or DOs. i feel like Set enhancements are over all better but i could be wrong im not good at making my own builds not good at making in game money ether. what power sets would fit a ghost rider inspired theme? i am thinking of fire/dark or dark/fire im sure there are some other powers that fit the theme

Because most of these builds are done on the test server. As I do that have that many level 50s or the time to get that many up to that level. So I am using the commands prompts to force the characters to higher levels.

Kinectics scrappers deserve more updates.

There needs to be a kinetic defense power set. Something built around the idea of taking damage to build up energy that can be used to self buff or deal AOE damage.
I'm also saying this because I want to make a Speedball/Pennance character lol
