How to Make HOMEMADE Mayonnaise | Garlic Basil Aioli

Today I am showing you how to make easy homemade mayonnaise and a garlic basil aioli. These are two very easy recipes and absolutely delicious.
MAYO Recipe:
1 Cup avocado oil (or oil of your choice)
1 egg
1/4 tsp mustard powder
salt to taste
1 tsp lemon juice
Add 1 tsp vinegar & 1/2 tsp sugar to make it more like a copy cat version of Hellmans or Bestfoods mayonnaise. (Its not exactly but it is similar and much better in my opinion)
Garlic Basil Aioli Recipe:
About one cup mayo (I just use the whole mayo recipe above)
1 tbs lemon juice or to the consistency you like
salt and pepper to taste
2 to 3 basil sprigs
3 garlic cloves

ooooohhhhh that Aioli sounds pretty tasty. I'm not sure if you mentioned what you were using it on, but I imagine it would be great on just about anything.

Yes I totally should have mentioned what I used it on. I will do a video on what i use it on but recently we used it on burgers, a dipping sauce for burgers and veggies and I even put it on my nachos the other night.

I think I will make a video on ways to use aioli. But what we recently used it on was burgers, dipping sauce for potatoes and veggies. And I even put it on some nachos one night.
