My skin is extremely sensitive, acne/ cystic prone, and combination skin and I really!!! Really recommend the TeaTrea Mediheal toner pads. They completely transformed my skin, evened out my skin tone, got rid of acne, and got rid of my redness.
Hey, I have the same skin type of you (sensitivity through the roof) so can I ask what kind of cleanser do you use? I’ve only ever used Bioderma’s micellar water but wanted to try out oil cleanser (for double-cleansing). I tried Iunik’s oil cleanser skin broke out nearly immediately after so I’m a bit scared to try another one now 🥲
Omg its so interesting to hear others perspectives on products because for me (sensitive oily skin, combo in winter) broke out SO BAD from the round tree cleanser and it just stung my eyes even if I made sure it wasn't near them but I love the Joseon suncream and it make my skin look good
the Beauty Of Joseon Sunscreen really helped my skin. I believe skin care is so personal. I have oily skin and the sunscreen not only calms my skins but also hydrates it. It reduced my acne and even my marks.
Yes, I have really bad acne, i've tried medications, prescription lotions and others, but when I started using the sunscreen my skin got so much better.
Love your product reviews! They are not biased like most Tiktoks. I also tried most of those products myself like the Snail mucin, beauty of joseon, etc. and I must say your review is very true to what I’ve experienced!
this is for sure an honest review and this is soooo real tiktok virals k skin care are not always the best products research before buying some products just bc they’re trending it’s false 80 % of the time
@@emsk180 for me it really did, my skin is easily irritable and this was really soothing! it also helped with my oiliness as it now feels more normal rather than super oily. ofc all of that is just my review on it
I've been through many containers of snail mucin and it heals my skin so much and helps with red marks stay at bay. Soo hydrating. But some people can be allergic to it if they're allergic to dust mites I believe! so be cautious
Did the BoJ break me out every time? Yes, yes it absolutely did. Am i still gonna use up all of it? Yes, cus im stubborn and i already spent the money. But im extremely happy to have my experience validated. Ty for your honest reviews
I've just bought the Anua toner. I have bumpy, toothpaste-y grease clogged pores, oily skin, so I hope this adds benefits to my skincare routine since I was missing a toner. Loved the detailed review, thanks for sharing, miss!
Yes! I broke out with the BoJ sunscreen and tried the round lab one and its my go to! Didnt break me out and doesnt feel thick. Not too much cast either
hey girl ! i also have the same problem with every moisturiser making me to oily (I also have combo skin) but the one I found that helped me so much was the Neutrogena hydro gel it actually works wonders and hasn't broken me out ever, it's super lightweight and super refreshing.
The snail mucin didn’t give me glass skin. My skin still looked dull and it caused my skin to breakout. The skin 1004 hyalucica sunscreen has become my favorite sunscreen. It’s light and doesn’t break me out and makes my skin feel and look so hydrated.
may I know what is your skin type? like is it combination, dry, sensitive, or oily? I want to know because I am planning on purchasing it but I don't know if it will work on my skin type?
Skin usually needs to get used to snail mucin, you might break out a bit for the first week of using it, but after the skin adapts - its a miracle treatment
I had the same experience with the BOJ sunscreen :< I feel the common denominator with other products I've tried that have broken me out was fermented ingredients
It’s unfortunate we had the same experience with the BOJ sunscreen😔 but it could definitely be the ingredients, I’ll be careful of fermented ingredients next time I’m researching for skincare products 👍
I finally figured out that the pilling (on me) was caused by too many products with hyaluronic acid in them. When I limit it to just one product w/HA at a time, there's no pilling!
Non-foaming cleansers help maintain the skin barrier whereas foaming cleansers remove the top layer of the skin barrier and draw out moisture, which is why the skin can feel drying after a foaming cleanser. I’ve learned to love non-foaming cleansers that don’t make my skin feel tight once I get out of the shower.
oh finally honest review!! i believe we both have same skin type + i am also sensitive to fermented products. its hard out there 🥲🥲 thanks for the review 🩷
I personally love the BoJ sunscreen, it’s the sunscreen I currently use. I haven’t tried many sunscreens so I’m not an expert but it really works for me. However, my best friend tried it and it burned her skin. It’s definitely not for everyone, some ingredients might cause breakouts/inflammations. I havent broken out at all from it but I heard multiple people have so definitely a hit or miss product!
Wow 😍, such a useful video!! ❤🧡I like BLACK PEARL creams, great effect, although they can be hard to find. I personally get them from Dead sea shop, where the discounts are nice.😋😋🤩
Round lab makes a foaming cleanser!! its also less moisturizing so it would be perfect for your combination skin and it doesn't dry your skin out! btw I loved the vid I'm def subscribing!
Hey thanks! Your review is very detailed and I personally used some of them too, so let me share some info with you (guys)! 😊 My skin is very dry and sensitive btw: Roundlab birch sunscreen - No white cast for light skin even after applied thickly (I use a lot of sunscreen). Dewy and makeup don’t pile. It’s my most favorite sunscreen! Beauty of Joseon - Applies nicer than roundlab but omg it made my dry skin looks so greasyy bye. Dr. G mild sunscreen (light green) - Major White cast for NC17 skin, nope. Make P.rem sunscreen (blue) - Mild nice white cast. The smell screams sunscreen. I like to use it when I’m not planning to put on foundation/concealer because it gives a bit of tone up. Slightly dewy. Senka perfect whip - runaway girlll! It’s stripping and irritating as hell. Don’t even try! Hada Labo (purple/blue/etc) - slightly stripping, but it might be alright for oily skin. Celimax PH Balance foam cleanser (purple white) - my Holy grail! Skin feels clean and soft but not stripping! Manyo cleansing oil (original) - gentle and cleans well, can’t remove waterproof mascara. Sulwhasoo cleansing oil - gentle and cleans better, can’t remove very waterproof mascara. Banila co cleansing balm - gentle, cleans EVERYTHING. But using balm is annoying lol. Dr. G gentle scrub(blue-green tube) - the most gentle scrub ever! It use cellulose instead of beads so it never scratches our face!
I've been trying the purito panthenol Cream and found it a Lilttle too light on my drier skin, and since you said you like the beauty of joseon water cream I thought you might like this Cream. It's a barrier Repair gel-Cream as well.❤
Costx snail mucin also broke me out..... Not worth it... If u want dewy skin use The ordinary pycnogenol... Its my holy grail product for glass/dewy skin....
thank you for sharing your opinion for each products. i currently have acne breakouts and the face soap that i've been using for 3 years is not working anymore. my skin feels irritated. so i bought round lab and anua products. i'm about to receive my order this april 1. hopefully, it will work on my skin.
ignore the person above. they're obviously lucky and didn't have to deal with puberty acne 🙄 I wish i had a decent simple skincare routine going into my teenage years.
I recommend the elf hydrating cleansing balm for removing makeup, all my makeup waterproof so it's a hassle but comes off ez w/ the balm and leaves it feeling moisturized and clean. (I have dry skin so idk how it'd work for oily or combo)
thankfully I found someone with the same skin type and being sensitive too ! The products you reviewed that I've already tried, I have to say that I have had the exact same feelings about them lmaoo. I feel like I can defo trust your review bc of how similar our experiences we had with the product and having the ''same'' skin (even tho everyone's skin is different but yk what I mean) :))
if you don't already use one you should use a mascara remover wand, like the one from heroine make! i use the romand mascara too and it's so hard to remove it, but mascara remover gets it off literally instantly. i definitely recommend it!
When I tried the SKIN 1004 sunscreen it pilling on me too regardless of how I used it which made me so sad because the texture was amazing and I like a lot of products from SKIN 1004 as well. I was confused when it happened cause no one else ever mentioned it pilling so I’m glad to see that it wasn’t just me 🥲
I am wearing the skin1004 sunscreen today and I was actually rubbing the pilling off my face when you started talking about it. 😂 totally agree with your review on it. I will try round lab sunscreen for sure after this!
Helloo, such an interesting rewiew ✨🎀🩷I myself own a few products, like = snail mucin perfect for my combo oily skin, ( helps when i have really big breakout , when my skin barrier is weak, and hydrate so well for winter , but not for summer ( at the moment i have very dehydrated skin because of the very cold weather) , i also own the red bean water gel i love that one so muuuch❤, it worked well until i have dehydrated skin so its not enough ( i think it will be better for mainly summer and not too cold season like autumn) it doesnt clog my pores, controls my oily area, hydrate well still , i kinda wanna try the Anua toner but i still hesitate because i have troubled skin( flaky, irritated, redness , tightness, lack of moisture and even rash sometimes because of coldness 😅😅), i tried light cream but in these very cold weather it doesnt help, until i applied the hyaluronic plum pump by glow recipe it helps for combo skin ( its on the pricier side too , i have the travel only)
I agree with the BoJ red bean water gel. It's very good for my oily skin, doesn't clog pores, no greasy texture and lightweight moisturizing. Quite pricey but worth it. Moreover, I have been digging up lately in snail mucin essence wondering if I should buy it or not. I'm afraid my skin can't tolerate a high amount of new ingredient (the snail mucin) on my face...
Thank you for this review it was what I was really looking for cause I bought the soon Jung toner and well as the BOJ sunscreen and used both of them and was unsure what was really breaking me out badly and causing burning on my face so I’m assuming now it’s solely the sunscreen, going to give the toner one last try before cutting it off 😭
So I had acne and I think my skin is acne oily skin the sunscreen cosrx aloa thing is SOOOOO GOOD like it doesn’t break me out and the texture is lightweight and not oily!! the centella madagascar ampoule by skin1004 feels like wather tbh , did anything literally sooo the toner ampoule by kaine is good not the best one but didn’t break me out and my skin was really hydrated ! so a yes for me
Personally I didn't like the BOJ sunscreen because the smell reminded me of bitter almonds BUT I wonder if you broke out not because of the sunscreen but because you stopped exfoliating? Cleanser and sunscreen without exfoliating makes my skin congested
Ahhh thanks for your recommendations, they’re lovely ong!! I got combo skin as well but the heart leaf moisturizer that I just got yesterday (I started actual skincare yesterday) got my face burning…irritating so I had to discard that away, it was kinda pricey when it comes to my budget 💔 so earlier I tried the tree tea oil serum from iunik and it got a very similar reaction as well 😭😭 I wanted to try on the sunscreen that you loved most in this vid (roundlab idk I forgot the name) but im scared ong, do u have any tips whatsoever? 🥺
oh no, it seems ur skin is super sensitive, I think when it comes to skincare you just gotta keep trying until you find what works for you 😄 (hopefully the roundlab sunscreen works for you!)
DO NOT use that cleanser from Perfect Whip! It used to be in my skincare routine a few years ago but I always felt that it instantly dried out my skin after every wash. After a while I decided to look up whether did the other consumers had the same effect on their skin. I was in shock when I found out the line uses saponin as the base of the product. Saponin is a chemical that is good for cleaning, but it is way too intense for our skin, especially people with sensitive or dry skin. It dehydrates our skin and irritates our skin barrier. And it also destroys our cuticle by over exfoliating it. It might seem very effective because it is the best selling cleanser in Japan for years , but it does is to dehydrate our skin and lead to dry and patchy skin after long use.
Can you suggest some toners for barrier repair and glass skin? I am from rice toner, klairs supple unscented, Haru Haru black rice toner or heartleaf toner? Also I am already using BOJ ginseng toner so will it be okay If I start using a different one for AM?
Oh no, I just bought the Skin 1004 Sunscreen, and I'm so sad to hear that it pills. I'll try it and see how it works for me. If not, I'll buy the Round Lab. Thanks for a great video!
hii, I also have combo skin and would personally go for round lab sunscreen because boj sunscreen broke me out but I think my skin was just sensitive to the fermented ingredients in the boj sunscreen, so it really depends on the person!
😂Hi, I also love kbeauty products, but I never understand why ..I have a question, tell me why you use Korean skin care products ? And secondly, how do you know which products to choose?❤

you are100% right about BOJ sunscreen it broke me out like crazy.

I want to try the cica water sunscreen. The kose pink cleansing oil is one of my faves!!
I recommend the elf hydrating cleansing balm for removing makeup, all my makeup waterproof so it's a hassle but comes off ez w/ the balm and leaves it feeling moisturized and clean. (I have dry skin so idk how it'd work for oily or combo)

All support girl ❤
if you don't already use one you should use a mascara remover wand, like the one from heroine make! i use the romand mascara too and it's so hard to remove it, but mascara remover gets it off literally instantly. i definitely recommend it!
I do! I love that mascara remover 😊
The round lab birch juice clenser foams up for me so it may just be that there is a doaming versio
When I tried the SKIN 1004 sunscreen it pilling on me too regardless of how I used it which made me so sad because the texture was amazing and I like a lot of products from SKIN 1004 as well. I was confused when it happened cause no one else ever mentioned it pilling so I’m glad to see that it wasn’t just me 🥲
it’s unfortunate we both had the same experience 🥲
This happens with the major people that buys or it is like an exception?
facetology suncreen is soo good omg
I am wearing the skin1004 sunscreen today and I was actually rubbing the pilling off my face when you started talking about it. 😂 totally agree with your review on it. I will try round lab sunscreen for sure after this!
oh no😭 hope the roundlab sunscreen works for you though!
omg that’s crazy, cause this sunscreen works perfectly for me
you should try the 30 days miracle toner!
This video was so good and clear and you are so cute and relatable i liked it❤

Boj red bean break me out.....but inllove with boj essence
Girl, I love how we have 100% the same comments on some products that you mention. 😆💅 I think I'm gonna buy all of your suggestions here.
Great video! 👏🏼💕
Also don’t use the cosrx snail if ur allergic to shellfish

the beauty of joseon sunscreen broke me out too, i've given it a lot of tries, but always made my skin burn
I had a similar experience, hopefully you find a sunscreen that works for you!
Thank you for the review!
So I had acne and I think my skin is acne oily skin
the sunscreen cosrx aloa thing is SOOOOO GOOD like it doesn’t break me out and the texture is lightweight and not oily!!
the centella madagascar ampoule by skin1004 feels like wather tbh , did anything literally sooo
the toner ampoule by kaine is good not the best one but didn’t break me out and my skin was really hydrated ! so a yes for me
Thnxx for review ❤❤❤❤❤😊❤😊❤😊❤
Axis y is my favorite....it helps my dark spots...
💜🤍best i also try round lab and anua 😊
you motivated me to buy all viral anua products 🙏🏼😭
haha ty! 😆
the senka foaming cleanser stripped my skin !! I dont know why but most japanese cleansers are so drying for me...
oh no 😭 I still haven’t tried it yet but I hope it’s not too drying
Ty so much it helped alot💌❣
I'm glad this video helped 😄
What lip product are you using in the video? It looks really pretty!
Rom&nd glasting melting balm!
Personally I didn't like the BOJ sunscreen because the smell reminded me of bitter almonds BUT I wonder if you broke out not because of the sunscreen but because you stopped exfoliating? Cleanser and sunscreen without exfoliating makes my skin congested
I also broke out from BoJ sunscreen 😢 maybe i got allergic reations to the fermented ingredients.
Thank you so much
great vid!
Try Rovectin if your skin is sensitive
DO NOT use that cleanser from Perfect Whip! It used to be in my skincare routine a few years ago but I always felt that it instantly dried out my skin after every wash. After a while I decided to look up whether did the other consumers had the same effect on their skin. I was in shock when I found out the line uses saponin as the base of the product. I had no clue about that, thank you for telling me! I’ll avoid using the perfect cleanser 😅
Can you suggest some toners for barrier repair and glass skin? I am from rice toner, klairs supple unscented, Haru Haru black rice toner or heartleaf toner? Also I am already using BOJ ginseng toner so will it be okay If I start using a different one for AM?
You got a new subscriber ❤

How can buy auna toner?
Can I use these products if I have oily skin?? 😢😭😭
I think the peeling with the centilia sunscreen is probably just exfoliation
Hi where did you buy them from?
Can anyone suggest a k moisturizer for combo-dry skin?

Oh no, I just bought the Skin 1004 Sunscreen, and I'm so sad to hear that it pills. I'll try it and see how it works for me. If not, I'll buy the Round Lab. Thanks for a great video!
yeah I hope it works well for you!
BOJ sunscreen broke me out HORRIBLY as well.
I also have combination skin so is round lab sunscreen worth it or should I go for boj ? Also loved the video 🫶
hii, I also have combo skin and would personally go for round lab sunscreen because boj sunscreen broke me out but I think my skin was just sensitive to the fermented ingredients in the boj sunscreen, so it really depends on the person!
@@trulylins Thanks a lot

😂Hi, I also love kbeauty products, but I never understand why ..I have a question, tell me why you use Korean skin care products ? And secondly, how do you know which products to choose?❤
Korean skincare products are usually more affordable and they are very effective too! I choose my skincare products based on other people’s reviews

Which sunscreen should i buy for oily skin?
Is there any korean skincare here at Philippines watson?😭
Ill be going there and its my first time
It’s rare in the PH and the products are pricey
can i use different brand from cleanser to cream?
Yes just make sure that the ingredients in each one isn’t too much together so it doesn’t pill / hurt ur skin barrier!
