Well I think instead of making a game like black myth wukong I would prefer a game like AC origins or ghost of tsushima which focuses on ancient history and less focus on Hinduism.
Infact a game set in colonial period will also be good.

Also It can't work from a gameplay perspective as Hanuman Ji is just too overpowered. A better idea will be to find some relic blessed by Gods like in the south movie Hanuman or being blessed by God to have similar powers but with human limitations instead of directly having God as playable character

i actually thought about this and got an idea like what if there is an game on mahabharat and make a series of games on each character for eg. any pandav cuz there are many literally mahabharat is not about just war it introduces all types of stories like there could be a game on arjun or bheem or literally gotatkuch like we have an animation of that ik my idea is kinda childish but it feels really good and creative just imagine. I had an idea like if arjun looses and there the screen pops up give up or continue and there would be some voice line of krishna refering to bhagvad gita motivating arjun to fight. Any media, regardless of its medium (movies, games, etc), will never be able to perfectly portray ANY religion, as long its a religion which is followed by a lot of people, majority of them WILL get offended due to various reasons. In my opinion, we should be ABLE to make games on mythological(or historicalas you said) characters without fearing criticism. A person making art should have enough creative freedom(this is called creative license in niche terms) to alter SOME(not all) aspects of the source. My best examples would be books like "Shiva Trilogy" by Amish Tripathy, "Forest of Enchantments" by Chitra Banerjee and a movie "Devi" by Satyajit Ray. What we need to have for such art to be created is to have an open ended mind, also the creators of said art must be justified with the source. If we as a society get offended by jokes our own Gods, then it just means that we value our culture and religion less... Instead of doing this we can just ignore people to try to degrade/make jokes on our culture OR this is my favourite, just laugh back at them. See, if they really didn't want to offend you then they will laugh back and probably apologize but if they meant disrespect it would infuriate them. So the best way to handle disrespect is just to laugh it off. This is my first time disliking your opinions(and video). I think we should have an unorthodox mindset towards any culture or religion.
