He has 5 max masks, NKG deals 2 Masks of damage, But he's Overcharmed so that damage becomes 4 Masks of damage
So at the start of the fight when he was hit he got to 1 mask of life

Use deep focus, quick focus, and shape of unn, you can heal during the bats attack, the floor spikes attack, and the fire pillars. It just makes the fight kinda stupid
