Trevor I really do respect you on a whole new level after seeing you help people in your moms neighborhood after the hurricane. I live just south of Nashville, TN and we experienced the massive flood 6 years ago. Seeing you help these people like I did after the flooding in Nashville just makes me feel so good in my heart.

Hurricane Matthew hit us pretty bad. I live off the East Coast of NC. We had a lot of roads collapse and I live about 20 minutes away from the Tar River and it crested at 30 ft which flooded apartments and houses and cars and all that sort of stuff. It was crazy to see. I helped volunteer and made sandbags and helped people move out of their houses and apartments.

Yea, same here. The issue with Matthew was not so much the wind, but the flooding! I've been through quite a few hurricanes here in NC, but never once did we see so much flooding! My whole neighborhood was without power for a week. Lots of people lost everything during the floods. It was crazy for sure!

most people who lost their lives in America was from pure stupidity. most was in Carolina. it wasn't from this pathetic excuse of a hurricane. it was from flooding. people went walking in it. people who couldn't swim went in flood waters... just pure stupidity.

I'm in a part of Europe where there are never hurricanes. Only heavy storms, very rarely. But I always have been fascinated by hurricanes, tornados etc. Basically everything that mother nature throws at us. So this was a very interesting watch.

This is actually really good for my family, my dad is a claim adjuster so whenever something like this happens he goes away for a while and gets a ton of work. And he just got hired by a new company that lets him work on 600k+ homes. :) Before he leaves tomorrow ill have to ask him if he does a house for Trevor, because that would be awesome.
