It was an amazing rescue, it's very rare that we go out to an injured deer, and can treat it and release it back to the wild. it makes it all worthwhile :)
I just want to thank everyone who work for Wildlife Aid.You are amazing people and we need more people to help wildlife since human are taking more and more of the territory of animals.Thank you very very much from all the province of Quebec.
The release, when the deer bounded away, made my nose sting & my eyes water, then Simon, broke & I was away!! Darn it, such a amazing rescue....now I'm going to watch it again, & try not to fill up this time...(David's wife)
David's wife, here, I've alerted my friend in the States, she's subscribed too, as Agent Fungus, & would love to meet Simon!! Bet all the girls say that!!
I’m not crying , I just tilted my head to far forward watching the screen and the carefully balanced bowl of water in my brain escaped out from the small holes in my face
Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Just awesome! This is why I am a wildlife rehabilitator for 20 years in the states and it's for moments like this is what keeps me going... Much love, God Bless.💖🦌
They bark as a form of communication, you can hear it at night time quite often in rural parts of Britain. It can be quite scary for folk from the cities, it does sound like some kind of beast in the night haha.
Amazing video. I thought it was heading for a sad outcome and then a miracle happened.. Well done sir for rescuing these animals and releasing them as well..!
i did spend 10 Euro! Its so easy! FB, than Donate, Paypal, login, thats it! Thanks soooo much for your wonderfull work and your Videos! I am soo proud of you!
Oh Simon, these animals are truly blessed to have you as their savior. We should all try to help wildlife in any way we can. Thank you for all you and the others do 🥰🥰.
I love happy endings. This could have ended in disaster. Deer get VERY stressed when caught and restrained like this, some die right on the spot, but they had no choice here. I'm so happy for everyone, especially the deer! :)
Dear Simon I’m so heartbroken to hear of your illness. There are very few men like you - you’ve been an angel for all the animals. Good luck with your journey. Sending you lots and lots of love and hugs. From Manda xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.
One of thousands of incredible animal rescues by your organization. I really admire what the whole crew at Wildlife Aid does. I hope everyone who is able can donate and support your cause. Thank you for sharing your world with us.
I get so wrapped up watching these rescues, I find myself holding my breath!!! It was just amazing to see the deer run free and his lip was fixed. Just awesome. Love all you guys
I live in a very rural area where hunting is very exciting for most teen guys and men your age, you have my utmost respect! Its so rare to find a someone like you who cares so deeply about animals. Bless you!
Well, in case something happens that will shut down your regular food supplies you will be very thankful to those men who learned how to hunt and kill an animal in the least cruel fashion possible...
phangirlable Idk, some of us are more than happy to live off a plant based diet; and my mom's farm could easily provide for us, if worse came to worst.
@@phangirlable People who hunt for sport are doing no service for anyone. It's just cruelty for the sake of cruelty. Though, I guess it's better that such sociopaths get their fix from killing wild animals instead of people.
@@phangirlable No, we won't. After you've poached every last wild animal you can find to "stick it to the libs", and that climate change "hoax" has left your region in a drought and the water and fertilizer aren't coming in any more, you'll be begging us for handouts. And we won't give them.
While hunting is not my cup of tea, painting all hunters as somehow "bad" is neither fair nor accurate. The way I see it, there are 2 sorts of hunters: trophy hunters who hunt solely for "the thrill of the kill" (in which the game animals will not be eaten) and responsible hunters who respect the balance of nature by legally hunting non-endangered, non-caged game for subsistence purposes. My late father-in-law (who was a loving, wonderful person) was among the latter - he hunted white-tailed deer during the designated hunting seasons so he could supplement his (food-insecure) family's diet with venison. He absolutely despised trophy hunters who were only interested in obtaining large and/or "exotic" game animals to be stuffed and mounted as tokens of personal prestige.
Am touched, it is so sad but so beautiful, a complete roller coaster of emotions, it startled me when it mate that sound its horrifying... I hope the best for you and all the volunteers. Thank you very much.
Simon, I know this is many years too late but since I've discovered you and your team I have to say you are my absolute Heroes. I cried along with you Simon. You are an incredible human
Simon is amazing i’ve been watching this channel for years but never saw this video, seeing him cry shows how much love he has for the beautiful wildlife he saves and after hearing if simons cancer diagnosis its so cruel and frustrating that we will lose such an amazing friend to the british wildlife.
I admire you so much for saving so many animals lives . The way you cry for them when you see them happy again ? You are an outstanding person ! Thank you for what you do for these animals ... we need more people like you in this world !
Wildlife Aid You do such great work. I applaud you. On a funny note- do people ever tell you that you remind them of Victor Meldrew? The nice version of course!
Poor Simon. I know how he feels. I was holding my breath, waiting for the worst. When the poor little thing was screaming in fear, it just ripped my soul open. Couldn't be helped. All's well that ends well. Good job, Folks!
I love Simon. Thank you for giving these animals love, care and second chances. It is so heartwarming to know there are others out there that care deeply instead of normal daily self-centered humans I see daily here in America.

There has apparently been 911 calls from people hearing noises like that, thinking it was someone getting tortured only to find out it was deer 🦌 😂
