Oh my goodness, poor love, it’s heartbreaking to hear her groaning in so much pain 😢 I wish her much love & gentle hugs for her speedy recovery. & sending prayers
Thats heartbreaking honestly i cant believe she made it. What an amazing creature and an equally amazing team ❤ Also, a volunteer vet: Hat of to you sir, giving up your time - to all the volunteers
That poor badger. She was in so much pain. She must have had a really strong will to live, even with all the excellent medical she received. When the video first showed her being able to run around her enclosure, I said out loud, "There ya go girl!" Ya'll did great work. Thank you for sharing.
that vet was so kind and caring - she kept calling her 'baby' what an absolutely lovely lady! Wonderful to see so many caring people come together to save this badger's life
So awful seeing her in so much pain, but wonderful to see how she improved. I wonder how many badgers she went on to have and that descendants are around now because of your hard work.
@sundaynightdrunk Luckily, other species can communicate through a variety of means less clunky than "spoken language." As for you, here's hoping your understanding of language expands to include imaginative humour.
My parents live in Surrey and not only do we have a Foxhole in the back garden with a permanent resident, we now have a Badger who regularly visits. Unfortunately I live in Germany, so I don't have the privilege of seeing them personally and I have always wished to see a Badger up close that hasn't been run over. I hope to get the chance when I visit. Should I ever move back to Surrey, I intend to visit and offer any help I can to your amazing cause. Financially I am in a bad spot and do't know for how long, but I also intend to support financially as best I can when things finally look up again. THANKYOU to all of you. Please keep at it. You guys make a difference.
I can’t believe she made it. Those noises when she first arrived. She sounded in so much pain. Amazing job. Well done to the vet and everyone in the team
Goodness that was a tough watch. Those moans of pain were heartbreaking. She is an amazing animal - seeing her running home was wonderful. Thank you to all that helped bring her home. Well done.
That was very hard to watch. I lost my cat last year and she screamed in pain for two hours while we waited to see the emergency vet. She didn’t make it but I’m glad this story had a happy ending. Thanks for all the hard work that you do saving British wildlife.
Oh, to see her lift her head and breathe in the smell of home and take off like a jet made all the awfulness of lockdowns, death and misery in which we have been living for months now simply fade away as if they had never been....thank you for this glimpse of how the world should be. A badger smelling "home" and rushing to embrace it. It is the stuff that dreams are made on.
To see her suffering in incredible pain was truly heartbreaking - I was crying for her! After just a few weeks of receiving fluids, pain relief and rest, what an improvement in her condition! Apart from a few neurological problems, she's ready to be released back to the wild, you are all outstanding life savers! Well done to everyone involved!
Bravo and well done! How beautiful this world is, knowing the good people like your team is in it, making a difference in the lives of our furry friends. All the best!
Sadly UK's real evil MI5 are busy helping their evil Masters wipe out GBUK Wildlife sealife Seabeds Most areas in England have lost over 90percemt of their Wildlife with out Real Heroes like wildlife aid and badger groups England would have already lost the lot with a few birds left Real Heroes something evil puppets MI5 or MI6 are not and never have been
Every time I watch one of your videos, I am so honored and so thankful that there are beautiful human beings like you helping absolutely beautiful creatures like this lovely badger! Once again, you've really made my day. Thank you!!!!! ❤️
Forget having a 'Baby On Board' sign. You need a 'Badger On Board' sign on the back of your Volvo, Simon! Great rescue work, splendid! So happy to see this badger newly minted and back in action. Thank you!
You are wonderful people, to take a helpless and badly damaged badger and return her to health and freedom. Hard to watch but worth it to see her run free. Love from New York, USA.
Having nursed numerous people with head injuries I am amazed at how succesfully animals seem to recover. Most people do as well but many live with life changing problems from severe personality changes to memory difficulties. Even a 'mild' head injury depending on site can have devastating effects.
We love how the video shows how you cared for this badger; and how, with patience and understanding, it resulted in a wonderful release back to the wild. Thanks for all you do.
This one was hard for me to watch at the beginning. I can't handle a animal in pain...I makes me feel so helpless. So happy and the end the badger was gaining strength and able to be released!!!!!
I have no clue as to what was ailing her.... I got hit by a car once and went 40' . I didn't appear to be injured but my leg didn't work for six weeks... I don't really know how these things work and it happened to me. Now I have a broken leg.... It seems much more streight forward.
Well looks like Sarah and Simon and it volunteers did another amazing job seeing this Badger get a another chance at life. Certainly a touch and go for a while that's for sure. what a great job guys and gals. cheers.
You are one of the greatest people who do everything they can for saving and rescuing Animals, Birds and Nature. Thank You soooooooooooooooooooooooo much
Wow this is one of those uncommon "miraculous recovery zomg badge!" stories - poor girl looked to be in so much pain and distress when she came in, I never would have expected her to make a proper recovery - that's freakin amazin!
Hermoso animal, hermoso hermano menor. Que la vida les ayude a estas nobles personas. Adoptemos. Basta de comer tanta carne comer tanta leche tener tantos hijos. Salvemos al planeta
A huge thank you to vets and staff, and it’s wonderful to see this poor creature restored to function. I thought badgers were a persecuted species in UK?
You are all awesome. Such compassion and love for God's creatures thank you so much bless you

She was in so much pain, thank you for saving her life.
I know that blanket biting pain... I'm so glad you could help her with that. and that she endured and got to go back in the wild... such a miracle.

Hopefully she has had many cubs and lived a long and happy life!
@@wildlifeaid Perhaps she passed on the story of the strange creatures that helped her.
@@scottishastronomer I don't believe badgers have mastered spoken language yet.

Sorry for your loss. It must have been very difficult.
So heartbreaking to hear her moan in pain. Thank you so much for all you do and for not giving up on her. Wonderful release!
I'm so glad you were able to help her, and release her back to her home territory! Thank you!

That read like a children's book! I hope we can all be badgers soon.
I'm so happy she could be rehabilitated. And hello Simon and Sarah.
