  • Here’s a short video program that was produced for French television in 1991.
Unfortunately, it's never been aired on TV but part of it was included (dubbed from a very low quality VHS tape) in the "Rockabilly Rules OK!" DVD, so I figured it was probably worth sharing the full-length original program, digitalized from the master tape.
The production style certainly looks a bit dated today but remember that the visual effects were fancy back then...😆
Anyway, Crazy Cavan 'n' the Rhythm Rockers are here in all their glory (although Lyndon was not there on the day we shot this, so featuring Rob Davies on lead guitar).
    Enjoy!!!

I remember my brother was a Rocker in the 1970s-80s and loved this band,he used to go and see them play live up in North London all the time at a club called The Royalty I think, around Finchley somewhere.

Full respect, I still remember, when we where in Amsterdam, at the Cruise Inn, I was bored, walked to the bridge, and met the boss, we shook hands. and had a little talk, for me it was so strange to meet the guy, in the early eighties i had all the Lp’s, and so normal, sad story he deserve better, whiskey and rock and roll is not a good combination,RIP

      Cavan died quite young.

I didn't nt know Mr Cavan was of English origin, then South Wales via Ireland. Always thought he was Welsh.
    Rock on.

I used to think that. Then I heard I Fought The Law by Bobby Fuller which was released around 1966.
