It's probably a good thing that animals aren't villains in movies that often. As seen with Jaws, stupid people can't handle the concept, and it can lead to the animal in question being culled needlessly out of baseless paranoia. Spielberg even deeply regrets making Jaws because of how the movie led to sharks being killed for sport. On a less serious note, thanks again for the entertaining video!
@@zombiekillergman7321 I mean you're welcome to try, but unless you're packing some serious heat, you probably aren't gonna drop a good sized bear before it gets to you, that is if it's really coming after you.

Crazy fact: Elizabeth Banks directed this film. Yeah. The woman who directed the recent Charlie's Angel's film and told men to not watch it but then got mad that the film flopped because men didn't go watch it. That Elizabeth Banks.
Last week I drove over an hour to my friend so we can go see creed 3. We were gonna quickly eat McDonald’s right before, then go to the movie because it would end at 8pm. I say to my friend, “Hey man, it’s almost 5:30 we gotta hurry to the movie theatre.” He says to me,”Nah man don’t worry, we the movie doesn’t start till 6.” I trusted my friend, so I said aight, and we chill at McDonald’s for a bit longer, and get there at 6. Whenever I heard the movie Cocaine Bear. I thought it’s made by one of those Asylum Studios, but found out that it’s based on a true story(for the most part). Crazy to think that was an actual black bear who’ve died of cocaine overdose.
Meth gator. The animal ties on and shoots up on itself. Suddenly develop thumbs and human arms for no reason. Starts yelling at people in between manic crazed chores that nobody wanted... While those chores were never done. Then a stroke and heart attack to end it. Probably air bubble in the heart
Just saw this in theaters, can confirm it's not just highly entertaining but very well written. Dialogue is efficient and intelligent, all characters are 3-dimensional whether main or side characters, and the scene to scene writing and pacing is very tight. Great comedy, moments of sheer tension and terror, 10/10. Am I writing this while high? Yes, but I watched it sober and dammit it was spectacular
the points you made are all the same points ive made just the opposite. it wasnt good as either a comedy or a horror and the writing was horrendous, the characters were incredibly shallow and it does poorly at making you care about them.
The fact tht the bear actually ate around 40 packages I think irl makes u wonder just how good tht bear felt right before it died, prob felt like it was literally flying over the moon
@@philipcain5093 Cocaine is, in essence, a pain killer. If it took tht much, it wouldn’t feel a thing. The amount the bear took would be a near instant heart attack as soon as it enters the bloodstream so basically it would be a few minutes of euphoria and thn death right after. It’s honestly unlikely the bear died painfully, but let’s say the bear lasted longer since it’s larger thn a human, it might have added symptoms like vomiting or paranoia but tbh I doubt it lasted long enough for those symptoms to really effect it over the mass high it was on.

"The cubs are eating the entrails and the man is still alive watching it". Not only is the movie a solid execution of a batsh*t premise that, with a little suspension of disbelief, works well, it also maintains some level of accuracy. Yeah, animals don't always wait until you're dead, and in some species, the cubs eat first. And the fact that a kinda realistic way to die (mauled by the adult and then eaten alive by cubs) is the brutal end the villain gets means someone did their research and applied it to a satisfying character death. We love to see the bad guy get their comeuppance. Adding a hint of brutal realism to it is the icing on the cake. At first it just sounded like a dumb fun movie, but getting a detail like that right adds to the quality.
