Thank you so much for creating this video. We took our 2016 ford focus to the shop for a tune up. Minutes later, we received a call asking if we had a problem opening the hood. They stated that they tried everything. We came home and stumpled on your video. We watched the video multiple times and then went to work. We were running around happy with amazement!!! When we heard that clicking sound coming from the hood.! Thank you again. 😀
Dang you saved the DAY,I bought a new aluminum handle that's never gonna break, but I just couldn't figure out how to take handle off😂10mm socket😅🫡Thnk you!
Not at all… just got burned out filming it so I moved on to a few other projects… I’ll be back on that very soon… actually just got the drivers side 1 piece power windows working :)
I found an aluminum handle on eBay..... just didn't wanna spend the money for it. This after market plastic handle seems to be working better than the OEM. We'll see :)
What happened to your project 3100? I read your reply with phillipBless but from 75 to 0 on the build. Please forgive me but most people that I've been following either go through a divorce and quit are passes away. You're still here, so is it divorce? Stay strong and BLESSED.
Nope, not a divorce at all.... I'm still alive, still happily married..... just BUSY! I'll be back on it very soon! I'm starting to get the garage back in order so I have room to work on it again :)
I love how you made a 12 minute video manage to be useless by not showing how to actually get the wire out of the old mount and into the new mount. There is no way to do either without manipulating the cable to have extra length in it from the other side inside the engine bay by the T junction. That’s why you opened the hood to pretend to talk about greasing the hood latches that do have to be greased but that isn’t why you popped the hood. Douchey move
@@ShowPhilyou're videos are awesome and super-helpful. Don't let guys like this phase you bud. The work speaks for itself. Thanks for the video. btw.🙏🏻
This video is beyond perfect. You went straight to the point yet didn't leave out small details. You the G.O.A.T. 👏🏾

I did absolutely NOTHING to the cable from inside the engine compartment....... There was no "pretending".......
