i love how wario doesn't give an F about the world as long as he gets his money and treasure. i love how he learns the grand total of nothing and carry's on being greedy and isn't punished for it at all. such a refreshing protagonist
He sort of is in when he teleports back home, he teleports home, but his treasure doesn't. He's just left to watch as Cannoli walks in and takes the treasure.
I love how it cuts the final part of the story: The moment when Wario realise he hasn't thought of how to transport the riches back to his home. And so he revisits places to steal them just for sport, as he can only keep stuff in the TV world.
Not gonna lie, I think Wario has much more interesting adventures than Mario in his main series. I know nothing about this game and I can already tell it makes for a more fun adventure than most of Mario's platformers.
It´s because there is far less of an idea of what Wario `SHOULD´ be. As long as Wario appears greedy on some level it´s fine. Wario games have never been successful so Nintendo feels they have far less to lose. Therefore they are more willing to experiment on what Wario could be. After all if they go wrong it´s no big deal. This mentality has proven true as Mario Sunshine is sort of the black sheep and New Super mario Bros was the best selling game on the DS after Mario 64 DS.
Well, demons are a universal symbol as mankind's greatest enemies and tormentors. So my guess is that they want you to have the feeling that when you beat the demon, you're scoring a win for all of humanity.
This game is very underrated, this is one of my favorite games of the saga of Wario, with excellent music and characters, but critics declared this as the worst game of Wario :,(

It is possible to beat him without blocking his way, but you need some speedrunning skills to do so. That boss design is pretty bad. He's way too easy if you block his way and way too hard if you don't.

Hmph! You just have no respect for the intricacies that go into powerful battle strategy! If one thing doesn't work, you try another. Can't just sit around waiting for a lucky hit on the hero(?). Time is money, don't you know?
Maybe it's that the dolphin's skin dries up when outside of water, which would explain why it can only be damaged when out of water for significant time. This would involve Tiaramisu's logic being completely wrong, but what does a demon know about dolphins anyways?
Y'know, I only just now realized that all of the human characters are named after Italian dishes. Cannoli Carpaccio and Tiaramisu (tiramisu) Granted, I only knew what cannoli was when I first played the game, but I figured it was a one-off thing because Cannoli used Italian quips in his fights.
The amount of times Cannoli brings back the mad hat robot, quickly becomes for Wario a 'how many times do I have to teach you this lesson old man?' moment.😂
Every comment is about the dabs, fake princess, carpaccio eating, and the dolphin breathing. Me on the other hand: 8:11 Is no one ever going to mention about that giant snot ball that came out of the Pharaoh’s nose?

It sounds like Count Cannoli always says "Buongiorno!" at the begginning of his battles, which means "Good Morning!". And when he gets hurt on his second battle and when he throws his arms in his third battle he says "Mammina!" which means "Mommy!".
As a kid the last boss’ second form always pissed me off. I couldn’t figure that part out till realized it probably meant doing trick shots till one laser bounced off all three faces
13:21 Alright, this battle just should not work in the slightest. I don’t think the devs realized that dolphins actually need oxygen, and will actually die if they don’t get it, rather than them dying if they get it. That’s why they go to the surface, or else they could literally drown
I'm sure Wario could have avoided that battle with Ka-Bloom if he asked nicely instead of being mean and insensitive. Then again, he's not that smart....
