Written Ingredients:
Boiled Rice 2kg
Korma
Oil 125ml
Fried Onion
Coriander and Mint Leaves
Orange Food Color
Biryani Masala
For Yakhni:
Beef Meat 3kg
Salt 2.5tsp
Pepper Corns 1tbs
Turmeric 0.75tsp
Ginger Paste 1.5tbs
Garlic Paste 1.5tbs
Water 1.5kg
For Korma:
Oil 250ml
Boiled Beef from Yakhni
Cinamon 3inches
Green cardamom 5pcs
Ginger Paste 1tbs
Garlic Paste 1tbs
Tomato Pure 1kg
Salt 1.5tsp
Red Chilli Powder 4tsp
Yakhni 1.5kg
For Biryani Masala:
Black Cumin 2tbs
Black Pepper Corns 1tbs
Black cardamom 2pcs
Cloves 12pcs
Green Cardamom 8pcs
Star Anise 1flower
Long Pepper 4small pieces
Nutmeg 2pcs
Mace 1/2
For Boiling Rice:
Water as require
Salt 8tbs
Star Anise 1flower
Bay Leaves 4
