Thanks for your video. I have tried this before it tastes great and has more alcohol than a bottle of wine. It is also worth mentioning that a bottle of wine has 7 or 8 different types of chemicals while this is just juice and yeast.

@@robertthekingful Leave it until all "fizzing" has stopped. Let the contents look smooth as glass. This can take up to 4 weeks.
