- 400 g mielonego mięsa wieprzowego
- 2-3 ząbki czosnku, posiekane
- 1 jajko
- 60 g bułki tartej
- Sól i pieprz do smaku
- 30 g mąki
- 250ml mleka
- 1 liść laurowy
- Pęczek świeżego koperku, posiekanego
- Olej do smażenia
