On a related note, I bet some of us went through this in school, high school, work, etc. - it’s either because you’re getting good grades, getting the job done, perhaps living comfortably - you sort of get alienated by your ‘friends’ and they do treat you like an afterthought to invites, etc. It’s a shame when you actually want to be a part of their group, and you’re just a normal person who’s still grounded. But they subconsciously think you’re too good for them and think you’re a privileged/lucky/entitled brat.. when you’re just perfectly chill/normal who perhaps just happened to be at the right place at the right time in their life. I understand if one is a self-entitled, arrogant, pompous ass then they definitely deserve the treatment, but pretty unfair and cruel if not. And this happens all the time in society unfortunately.
Robert isn’t exactly the smartest guy. Sometimes it comes down to personality. I’m pretty intelligent, when it comes to stuff I care about, film, psychology and biology. But asides from stuff I care about I don’t do that well or am just average. Which show in grades. Yet I’m ‘that guy’
LOL short answer no. As far as I can tell noone gives a shit about friends levels of success only if their still fun to be around or not. But i can imagine if your constantly rubbing your accomplishments in everyones face, that would change that. Likewise if your a debbie downer about your life, you probhably wouldnt get the invite either.
@@thenewyearsgrinch No what og poster said is true. Ppl assume and exclude people for all sorts of crazy reasons. Even your explanation-they may assume they’re no fun bc you work hard or have success. But the assumption should be to Include ppl regardless
I've been both. There were times I got pity invites when I didn't used to socialise much, and then later on there were times my friends and I didn't want to invite someone because we didn't like them or because we just wanted to relax and not have to put effort trying to make a newcomer comfortable . The way I see it, no one's entitled to anyone's friendship. I don't try to force myself on anyone, and don't like it if anyone tries to force themselves on me.
A few movies here and there. Her most current show is Yellowjackets! It’s Lord of the Flies meets the 90s with an a girl’s soccer team. It’s pretty solid, I recommend.

I believe Robert Pattinson's claim. C'mon, you know when someone is pitying you.
Rob is known to tell white lies lol.. google "Robert Pattison lying"
I don't think it was pitying, but yeah he was probably the outsider because he was the youngest AND most successful
I think they were jealous. Robert's anxiety probably made him a paranoid that they were pitying him.

I would love to see Jamie dornan play two Face opposite Robert Pattinson as Batman in the Batman sequels
I think it'd be funny on a meta level for him to play Hush.
Charlie cox as 2 face...
@@toqkaizogou1636 I was thinking the same thing
He basically played Aaron Eckhart's Two Face in Robin Hood (2018).
Wow hearing him speak here, I think he must have Americanized his accent a bit when he did press for 50 shades.
I really like Robert Pattinson ❤❤❤
I remember when he was just Keira Knightley's boyfriend many many years ago, lol.
What????
He was never 'just' KKs bf. He was a top model in his own right. That's how he met her.

Yes, watched it twice and can't wait for the second run❤
so weird to hear him without an american accent
Love it being from NIreland.
Why? Is American is terrible
Pity invite is not fun but Rob doesnt have bad feelings about it though.
Juliette Lewis back there :)
