Awesome video, stumbled across this whilst looking for tutorials for the DJI Osmo Action 4. With the bigger sensor i should be able to reduce the shutter speed a bit. I'm off to australia in december so i'll give it a go when I'm there
My Action 4 unit had hot pixel issues. :( Tested 3 units and they were consistent there for each camera. They show up during long exposure of between 10-30secs. We're trying to find out from other Action4 owners if this is a common problem or that I am just unlucky to get a lousy flawed batch.
Hello, my dear brother, the s21 ultra phone does not have the feature of editing that I posted on it before. I want step-by-step education so that I can learn the steps for the success of the astrophotography process. Greetings to you, I am from Iraq 🇮🇶
Just curious, have u spotted any hot pixel issues on your action3 camera? I had lots of hot pixels with 10-30sec exposures with Action4. Tested 3 units and all have some form of hot pixel at above 10 sec exposure, even at ISO100. Keen to know if other owners have this issue too. Thanks.
Thanks for the info. Sadly, my DJI reseller isnt being helpful. They refused a 1-to-1 exchange for a 3-day old unit and bumped me around to DJI service. DJI service needed 4-6weeks wait while I send it in for evaluation. So disappointing that i have to take up a refund and return option instead. :(@@ShayneMostyn
You can also remove the fish eye distortion directly on the camera before shooting.
Who would have thought to try that with that style of camera? Good on ya mate. Turned out ok I think.
Good video! Playing with the idea of using one for time-lapse while mounted on my telescope.
Thanks mate. Not sure how that will go with the optics. Ive never thought of doing it with an action camera
Impressive results. Thanks for sharing.
