bro i have 2 questions. 1. when u use provoke and do devastating tornado, do all the mobs also proc the taunt passive? So for example the passive taunt said when u hitting one provoke the other provoke will get 70% of your base demage. Would it means like if u hit 3 mobs with tornado, each of them will get extra 140% DMG per hit from the passive?? 2, could cc be block by block chance?
@@bonar1211 The other mobs need to be provoke too to get the extra dmg, once they all provoke they all going to resolve the 140% dmg with any skills even with normal hit 2- Yes it can be block by block chance
