You have to descend floor by pressing buttons and avoiding entities. There are items you can collect as well as craft able items with scrap there are upgrades and rare entities and lots of other stuuf
another person just said it but yeah press buttons and avoid entities when you press all the buttons it goes to the next floor and get an upgrade each entity has its own gimmick and pressing buttons gives money for items you can use in rounds and those items dont just go away so you can use them whenever you like there is a wiki on this game (minus elevation)
