Great video and quite an impressive build by Tim and his crew. I like his dedication to passive solar and passive home design and hope his new business venture works out for him. My sincerest condolences to the Eco-Panels of Tennessee family regarding the loss of Rob. I enjoyed getting to 'know' him through these videos and was very saddened to learn of his recent passing.
I am a big fan of SIP panels! When they finally come down in cost they could become the most popular way to build!

With the use of mechanical ventilation. ERV or energy recovery ventilator brings in fresh air with a recovery coil to keep in the conditioned temperatures.
