Season 2 episode 6 we will be talking about a Toronto man who chopped up his wife and placed her body around parkdale #toronto #canada #viral #truecrime
The work will pay off!! I see you getting reposted already. Numbers gonna go up. What I appreciate is you aren’t recounting the stories every other channel does. 3billz we rockin wit u
Just an FYI: Parkdale is King st. W. To Queen st. W. Roughly between Dufferin & Roncesvale. I remember seeing this case on TV. Crazy this guy just killed his wife and went on like nothing happened. I can’t comment regarding his ‘race’ being a factor. But knowing the details of this case, I would doubt it very much. The fact is that, he had described killing her by accident, and because it happened some time in the past, as well as the body being essentially destroyed, this is not a case where the police have sufficient evidence to charge him with murder. He likely did murder her, imo. But what is likely and what will stand up in court are two different things. So the crown prosecuted based on what they could for sure succeed with in court. If there were prosecutable evidence of murder, I do believe that - white or not - they would certainly have filed a murder charge. I do understand your point of calling ‘race’ into question. I am a white guy, and I can’t speak for anyone else, who may have a different point of view, because I don’t walk in their shoes. And from experience, I’ve known people of colour - friends - who get treated especially bad by police. So I do understand that the question needs to be asked. Yet based on the facts of this case - though unfortunate - I really can’t see how the crown could have gone for an intentional homicide charge here, without sufficient evidence. I really think they did the most they could. Note: Parkdale is a dumpy, crime ridden, drug fuelled neighborhood. The people in this guys building were prolly mostly drug addicts on welfare. These aren’t the type of people who rush to the phone when something seems suspicious. Yet it seems, that perhaps the neighbour who called crime stoppers was the one who did have a conscience, and maybe had seen (or smelled- more likely) something.
The reason they went for manslaughter is because it better fit the crime. A. He was high off of Crack and B. Couldn't have known she was dead whilst I his current mindset ate. C. It can easily be argued that it was done by accident due to a fit of rage. If th3 defense can capitalize on any of these factors, the Crown's charge of secondary murder would be dismissed. It sucks for many people, but it's a matter of understanding what they (Crown), can better achieve, than chancing something they could easily lose due to the circumstances and information in front of them... Keep grinding family! The consistency is on point and more people are noticing your talent and hardwork
I don’t know if it’s because I’m a little messed up in the head, lol but I love the true crime coverage. Especially pertaining to Toronto and the gta. And from someone who sounds like me. Excuse me while I go subscribe!!!
I was shock when he called this white man (this Ni ) it was such a disappointment, because I never heard of this story, but I thought this man was black, until I saw his face. Why? So uneducated.
You have a good voice for the radio and the ways you talk about the stories, and keep the subscribers, and watchers entertained, by summertime, you should be at 50 50k subs, even throw in some shorts.
Same thing happen to that little girl Kayla kaduces think i spelled the name wrong but she end up going miss and they foubd body parts all over the area
You have something special here. Stay consistent

Canada does not have a justice system but legal system. Sentences are ridiculous

Talk about Paul Bernardo my friends dad went to school with him
Cmon bruh black or white it’s soft sentences … keep it real cool channel .
Parkdale aka crackdale
i know that building very well, grew up in parkdale, queen and landsdowne coffee times days,if u knw,u knw
Why is he out here?????
It's hard to get a homicide charge in a situation like that with no witnesses because you can say you killed her by accident
So in situations like that they allow a lot of people to plea to lesser charges
Super hard to prove intent with spur of the moment stuff with no witnesses
Also there is a TV show that did an episode on this with some of the info about where the tip came from and what it was
Keep up the videos brother
Always❤️
Yo I remember going to the medical clinic in parkdale and people drinking beers. Nah
Nonsense.
Crack is Whack
He's on fire 🔥 💯
Love the content but why bring race into this ?
Thanks but Because it was a question in the case
Facts
RIP
He probably brought the body parts down the fire escape stairwell instead of the elevator.
This guy pulled the race card, definitely unsubscribing
