They actually had a lot more brutal fights but some reason youtube allowed that shoe fight to stay while they deleted all the other ones

I remember that I'm from New York, but born in Barbados I don't know a single black, or Hispanic person I've dealt with from girlfriends to friends who shopped at those stores. I grew up in the suburbs too.

Krystal was the biggest reason of the house being divided and finally exploding. Her own mother in their telephone conversation warned her about her mouth, her negative attitude, and complaining. She constantly belittled the culture and people. Fallon then joined in, JT’s constant mocking, then Willie feeling like they should stick together became the lynchpin that made the VI students finally give up and lash out. At least Fallon acknowledges her role in the chaos, apologized. Where’s Krystals contrition?
Lmao they were young and didn’t know no better. Hopefully they better now.
2 things I remember from this series
1. I was disgusted by the States students lack of interest in and respect for the culture of the location they were blessed to be temporarily residing
2. Vanessa showed me how a shoe could instantly be a weapon and the magic of braiding at the root and twisting at the end

I met Chicky. He came to St. Maarten to play basketball and I had my birthday party same night so the St. Maarten players called me and ask if the VI team can come I said no problem. When they came I was introduced to Chicky. Took a pic with him too.

I was attending a PWI when College Hill aired; I loved seeing Black students at HBCUs. We had watch parties in the student centers. I never thought the students messiness ever reflected badly on the schools or Islands; those were their poor choices to act a fool on TV.

I think about the College/Baldwin Hills franchise SO much. But, Virgin Islands was definitely top 2 and so was Atlanta! The episode where they went camping and had to leave early because they heard gun shots in that r*cist town they were in was insane! Forever burned into my memory.

I was in middle school when the first two seasons was out, but when I got to high school, I was more interested. Virginia State was the best - they showed more of the college life. I tried to like Atlanta, Miami Beach and Virgin Islands. The worst was College Hill: Interns.
