saying “i have it” doesn’t mean anything because you’re right, it’s not a fear, it’s a human reaction. we naturally dislike small dark holes close together because of not knowing what is in them.
Also it's castor beans which you can extract a poison called "ricin" which is 100% lethal, not treatable and nearly undetectable. The beans can also be poisonous if you're touching them for a long time or chewing on them.
That's completely natural, that's what trypo"phobia" is, it's just a discomfort, also helps that trypophobia stuff is usually shown on human bodies, so it's natural we feel this way seeing it, it's like saying "I have a fear of watching people die"

I don’t have a ‘fear’ per se but it’s unsettling, like maggot holes in a corpse. Seeing clusters of small holes is usually not good
Beans
Honestly, I think the issue is a lot of these tests are with already gross images.
Like a lotus pod up close isn't gonna make anyone without trypophobia uncomfortable. But most people will react badly to injuries.

I watch these to try and get over the phobia. I remember in 2020 when I came across a picture with holes on a foot and I damn near started to cry while beating my head on the pillow. But now, it doesn’t affect me at all, this one affects me but not as much. I think I can get over it if I see it enough times.
That's pretty good! Exposure therapy can be an effective way of treating phobias, so props to you for tackling yours!
I have Trypophobia BUT IM STAYING STRONG
Personally for me, those bean videos still sorta freak me out. Well it’s more like extreme discomfort. I have some pretty strong texture-oriented sensory issues, and when I look at super bumpy things it’s almost like I can just *feel* it as if I am actually touching it. I don’t find myself in these situations often but it’s a pain when I do
There're 2 types of people:
"Holes scare me!"
"If there's a hole, there's a goal."
There are 3 geenders: mhen, wahmens, day of reckoning...
