I accidentally read the title as: “The Bermuda Triangle Disappeared”, and thought, “ironic”.
Same
"The Bermuda Triangle Disappeared"
Me: "It was only a matter of time."
Lol
Omg same lmao. If not for you I would have commented something on it xD
I also thought this
I can’t be the only one who thought that the Bermuda Triangle would be a lot more of an issue in their lives as a small child, just like a lot of people used to think quick sand would be more of a common issue
Lava and rattlesnakes as well
There’s a great John mulaney bit about quicksand

Why would you want to see pictures of sharks
The way the show ads here, are super cool
*Wait. What ads?*
Wish I could skip em
There is actually nothing wrong with "Bermuda triangle." The area has completely the same rate of ship / plane disappearance rate as any other area with similar amount of ships / planes passing through. I could tell you about the "New Zealand Pentagon" and tell you the same story, and the same people who believe Bermuda is supernatural, will believe the same of the 'New Zealand Pentagon"
i'm googling so hard and i aint find shit on a new zealand pentagon bro
@@demasidrama8550 because i made it up. you just have to google for ship disappearance near New Zealand and say its all the pentagon doing
OMG I THE NEW ZEALAND PENTAGON!! I saw one time on one news report that a plane crashed in new Zealand!
The pentagon is true... Omgomg
It must be aliens!!

This mystery also solves the mysteries of the missing dads who supposedly “left for milk”. This opens a whole new window of opportunity.
Holy moly, i love Disrupt, but this video ticks me off. Specially the ending part. "Welp, looks like the Bermuda Triangle will remain a mystery forever! There are no explanations for the most popular disappearance cases at all!"
Just watch Lemmino's video on the Bermuda Triangle, please.
The fact the video just assumes the Bermuda Triangle is actually a real phenomenon from the start is really frustrating.
Disrupt's videos are kind of hit or miss lately.
I wanted to go in depth about how irritated I was when I saw how pseudophilosophical "The Sirens of Cyberspace" was, and how this video seems to be poorly researched in places, but I had to write too much for it to be a good reply.
I have hopes that the next videos will be better, but yea I get the feeling that the content here wasn't up to par.
@@ashleybyrd2015 sounds like they hired some of buzzfeeds laid off staff
idk why i read lemmino as lemonilo, which is a well-known instant noodle brand where im from 😂
Thankx for the tip👍
My grandfather's sailboat (Le Mystique Sept) capsized smack-dab in the middle of the bermuda triangle during a hurricane (i forget which) sometime in the 80s, destroying their sails and navigation equipment.
They made it back to shore using the boat's seemingly "unkillable" diesel engine, and an AM radio to find their way back (since handheld AM radios were directional).
He said the locals on the shore of bermuda thought they were witnessing an empty ghost ship arriving, seeing as their homes and shoreside fishing boats had been destroyed, which led them to believe no ship could have survived the hurricane.
They immediately set sail once the ship was in order again. Dude rode the line between stupidity and stupidity.
I would recommend LEMMiNO's video on the bermuda triangle, which goes more in depth than this video
LOL, I just watched LEMMiNO's take on the Bermuda Triangle and it made Disrupt look like a clickbait clown.
Anything LEMMiNO has done is leagues above someone else trying to cover it.
@@harrisonbull4993 he is just am entirely different breed of UA-camr
Lemmino is just un beatable in these things lmao
@@nierlluc4705 It’s almost like you don’t know what clickbait is.
I'm pretty sure that the Bermuda Triangle has about the same average number of disappearances as anywhere else in the ocean. Also pretty sure what gives the triangle its mystique is the fact that the magnetic poles aren't north and south, and actually change. This is probably why we associate the triangle with "unexplained" disappearances. The ocean is a cruel mistress, and she'll send you to hell however she sees fit.
My favorite part is that statistically the number of disappearances is actually not that different from other areas of Earth's oceans and seas.
Spooky
The most professional free show you can get. Immensely interesting and brilliantly written and put together. The photos and videos all hit their marks, and the narrator's voice just pulls you in.
Disrupt is very good, but i think melodysheep have the best stuff.

melodysheep is the best without a doubt. Disrupt can hold his own though
Aperture, Lemmino, Melodysheep and Disrupt are all god tier for free content
@@diamondsfroze2377 barely sociable
I’d like to argue that the natural disasters ABSOLUTELY explain why none of those ships are ever found. First off, we can’t even find people in small areas like camping woods sometimes, and the triangle is hundreds of times larger than stuff like that.
Second of all, there’s thousands of feet of water and the older boats probably got shred to unrecognizable pieces. Not only that, but many of the older boats have probably been buried or swept away
Also, we won’t get anything from finding them, so why would we try that hard to find them especially knowing how dangerous this area is (not to mention, it’s not dangerous, it’s just an EXTREMELY popular spot for transportation, even way back then. Proportionately, it’s as dangerous as anywhere else in the ocean.)
At some point, when you have so much evidence for a theory, you basically can say it’s solved even if you haven’t “proved” it. Like black holes before that photograph was taken
And let's not gloss over the fact the amount of shipwrecks and disappearances occur at roughly the same rate in the bermuda triangle as roughly any other regularly used patch of ocean.
@@CraftsmanOfAwsomenes honestly don’t know why this even became a mystery. The moment humanity has evolved past the science of Salem witch trials we should’ve known better
Ship wrecks dont get swept away theyre too big and heavy... Planes do though, Thats why star Arial and Star tiger will never be found.
@@misterbuklau4053 well a lot of them would be ripped apart and the older wooden ones would definitely be able to be taken away
Either way nobody important cares about finding them and that’s really why we haven’t
@@ThePenisMan Even bigger ships are hard to find ships like the cyclops which was 542ft.
There's a video by youtuber Lemmino about the Bermuda Triangle, and he goes over quite a few cases that have been attributed to the triangle however... Most of them didn't happen in or even near the commonly agreed upon triangle. He also went over and gave very plausible theories for some of the biggest and "most supernatural" disappearances.
wait I thought the Bermuda Triangle myth was over already...
It is. This guy decided to release a video without doing any research first.
He definitely did research because he did get a lot of his facts right

I like it when I watch ads and don’t realize I’m watching them.
Right ?? I was just thinking that
It's a slippery slope though. Eventually everything becomes an ad
@@no-replies It's also kind of disturbing that it's getting easier to not notice something's an ad.
That's actually kind of terrifying.
Wow man! You got to one mill! I’m so glad I was a part of this and got to see all of your videos. Love your work man, I really like the mystery and the animation and especially the science of your videos. You’re doing wonderful!
One of the only channels of many I watch where I actually enjoy the ad breaks. Good job! :)
This video was a cop-out when compared to Disrupt's usual quality
In short: Weather + highest travel traffic = "Well hol'up! It can't just be that simple?! It must be something else!"
dude, pay attention! its clearly a wormhole on Earth!
To be fair there are some pretty unique weather patterns in that area that could potentially knock planes out of the air. Look up `hexagonal clouds Bermuda` and you'll get info on that.
It doesn't explain anything, but these gusts could turn a plane the wrong way, or make them travel much further than the plane's instruments show.
My man is killing it with the ad's again. Not to mention the consistent content that is extremely well done, interesting and engaging. I love this channel so much!
okay been in Disrupt for about 30 mins and I already love the content how It's animated, narrated and well-represented thank you.
These things always seem so intresting to me, love your videos!
I really don't like how this video basically starts out with the assumption that it's true that it exists.
I just subbed to this channel. I enjoy the deep dive on "paranormal" things and the guy who narrates has a VERY good narration voice. Great job, I'll keep watching
Using this video in my research of the Bermuda Triangle for a podcast we're doing tonight. Thank you so much for all of your hard work on this informative video!! This was so interesting.
Lemmino did the best video on this topic.
Nice approach to set it a little more mysterious, but this triangle simply does not exist. It was created by a science fiction magazine and many of the sunken vessels are not even in it's area.
i'm so hyped for this, BUT i'm gonna get my blanket and get cozy first

I don’t remember subscribing to this channel but I’m glad that did
every video the production quality is just on point
Check out Barely Sociable, he's a youtuber that has explored this in one of his videos and he shows that it's really not that big of a mystery. The number of ships that have disappeared in the area are really not that much higher than any other point in the ocean.
Lemmino's video is pretty good too, if you want something a little less long-winded
I can already tell this is gonna be great.
Dude your editing talent is insane. Specially with the Virus Videos
Been looking forward to your collaboration since I saw Disrupt's comment on one of Chill Fuel's videos. I love the art style.
The Bermuda Triangle isn't any more dangerous then other near coastal waters, it just gets the most press. Take a polygon shaped area of the same area in almost any other near coastal waters and you will find roughly the same number of wrecks/disappearances.
Disrupt making a mystery video and not focusing on technology? This is the best surprise I've experienced in a long time. I never realised how perfect Disrupt is for this type of content.

As a kid, I used to hear stories about Bermuda Triangle and wonder what other terrifying supernatural phenomenon happening all around the globe
But then I learn that these so-called "unsolved mystery" wasn't anything extraordinary nor out of this world as they made it out to be, and there is either a logical explanation already or the case/story is just too vague to mean anything
Bermuda Triangle, for example, most of the cases that made it famous doesn't even happen in it, heck it was barely near it, and the number of cases of lost ship and plane isn't as high as people make it to be in comparison to the number of ship and plane that travel through it in its history. Pseudoscience is a great clickbait and Bermuda Triangle is the perfect example, magazine, news and the like love it because people love hearing it, which gives them a lot of views and therefore ads revenue. UA-cam might be new but this kind of shit exists since the dawn of time
Anyway, Disrupt has been making many great videos that are not only factual but also entertaining but this one is quite disappointing, you are covering an old debunked subject and giving supernatural and pseudoscience too much credit on top of not adding anything new to the conversation. Definitely good for the algorithm so it is understandable but disappointing nonetheless
Finally the video we've been waiting for
Thanks for another great video :3

How tf do you "accidentally" go into a hurricane?
Wow, I expected better from this channel. It still remains unsolved? No, it doesn't. It's been demonstrated that statistically there are no greater number of downed ships or airplanes in the so-called triangle than anywhere else, once you account for the amount of traffic in that area. For a proper analysis of this phenomenon, check out Lemmino's video on the Bermuda Triangle.
I LOVE the little ad break animation. It makes me feel like I'm watching cable tv like I used to :")
oh yes, this is exactly the kinda thing i wanna see a disrupt video on, even though I'm absolutely loving the deadliest computer viruses videos too
A huge chunk of the ocean around 2 million square km that has major shipping routes also has ships and planes go down? Shocked I say, shocked. Oh, and it still isn't even close to the top ten most dangerous shipping routes.
Last time I was this early I missed the mid-video commercial break.

Well the triangle's disappearance are already debunked by science, If this video was made in 2008 or 2012 it would be a great video, but now making something on it isn't something new.
