Little tip on this method for the newbies out there ; you can easily do this heist without any perks or anything, but remember to have at least a silencer on one of your guns ! (or ur probably gonna be struggling with the guards if u don’t have one lol) :)
There is an RNG element, I recommend that if the gates spawn at the start, you should restart until you get good rng. Otherwise, you can still go inside with emf jammer and crop out everyone in the building. There's always 3 cops in the map, (1) at the front (inside the shop) somewhere randomly chosen location, (2) in one of the rooms where the safes are, and (3) outside in the back of the jewelery. GL
Tip for anyone, this is not as easy as it looks. The map is randomly generated, there are fences, civilians, guards in different positions etc. But the premise is the same. I was able to succeed once in maybe 7-8 attempts, so good luck.

At this point you should know how the game works so you should be able to do this no problem, it’s only 3 guards so if anything a little bit of patience is all you need and a suppressor of course haha. Also make sure you have SILENT DRILL if not it will turn loud real fast haha
Akimbo kris's smgs, and some auto shotgun of your choice for the secondary with poison rounds. Ez clap, also use the perk bullseye and use Leech as your card choice. Use 3 when you're low on health, kill enemies and regain health. Bullseye makes it so if you headshot someone, you get 20% armor back. (using the kriss smgs with best base damage and overall DPS, I don't think many other builds stand a chance, since this one can easily work on death sentence and lower difficulties. If anything, it's easier on harder diffs, because you relly completely on healing with your (hotkey 3 using leech) and armor by headshotting people with your smgs. For other perks, I don't remember the exact names, but there's one that give you chances on ranged weapons to stun shields, so you can kill them, otherwise, choose what you wan't. In essence the guns are important. Oh also and the shotgun, since it applies poison over any distance, it's more like a sniper, use it again'st anything you wan't (except for the big armor Bois) everybody else will be dead In seconds (and also stunned) Ez pez LMN sqz

It won't, Loud drill can actually be useful in baiting out guard to the back to speed things up
Yo i'm new to the game and i wonder why the armored camera in the tiara room didn't detect you ? Did you disable it by any way ? I don't get it
