- A Very Emotional Unboxing To Mark 30 Amazing Years! I was going to wait until the actual day to unbox this, but after watching Dacob's video (listed below) I really wanted to express how I'm feeling about Chanel. So I thought I may as well combine the two.

Cosmetic surgery is a contentious topic I know, but I'd like to address the pros and cons. Non surgical cosmetic procedures are an option and I'd like to share my personal experiences of both with you...

Don't let the current chanel administration to ruin your joy, i love chanel the lady, the beauty, i agree with eveeything you are saying, what i hope happens is this makes people think about how items are made. The ladies left that says it all. They are highly skilled and know it. It's the downline manufacturing i am more upset about. Regardless, happy 30 years! I kept thinking Virginie has been there at Chanel 30 years...were you married the year she started working there, I wonder? As for Chanel, I completely agree with you. It's very, very sad and shameful...It's just a horrible feeling I have, too...especially after watching the latest show this morning, where everyone pretends nothing has happened at all. Thank you Finley. The 30 year anniversary is to commemorate our first date, after which we have rarely been apart from each other. We got married in 2000. Virginie started work as an intern in 1987 and went to Chloé with Karl for 5 years in 1992 then returned to Chanel in 1997 worked as Karl's assistant until his passing in 2019 when she became the artistic director of Chanel. So she worked there for 32 years. The show I agree was painful to watch and to not even credit her with the designs was ******* awful, I couldn't believe it. I love the denim bag though and it was designed by Virginie so it's nice to have part of one of her last collections her spring/summer collection 🥰

I never got onboard with the Chanel 22. This, however, I love! And it got me thinking, maybe it’s just the leather versions that I don’t like. I might reconsider stopping by Chanel when I go to Europe again. I wasn’t planning to, but we’ll see if they have them in denim when I’m there (which would be next year). Big hugs 🤗 😘

Congratulations on 30 years of happiness. I felt your sadness for the past history, legacy, and now turmoil of a brand so iconic in fashion and design. It would appear that good old fashioned greed from the invisible suits of the parent company is what is at play here, dumb down, charge the earth and then if the brand goes down, what the matter, the money has been made. There will always be another company, but there will never be another Chanel.

Thank you Elena. No it's not his name, it comes from a cockney saying , the wife is called her indoors because she stays/used to stay at home more. I appreciate it's not very PC now but it is said with humour and no ill feeling. Sometimes husbands are referred to as him indoors, his real name is Scott but he doesn't mind me calling him 'him indoors' 🥰
