Thanks Ken for the walk through of one of the most beautiful properties in the US during Christmas.... it brought back a flood of memories as my wife and I had celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at the Gaylord during New Year’s Eve several years ago...

Ken, this is awesome! I grew up on the other side of the Cumberland River and could look over the river and watch Opryland Park and the Hotel being built back in the early 1970's. Opryland Park is no longer there, as you know. It was a remarkable site to see during that time. I proposed to my wife there in 1978 in the Atrium. During the early months of the massive atrium, fog would form at the top of the atrium until they figured out how to stop it from happening. Thank you!!! Great job, Dude!

I have been there 3 times stayed there twice. Love that place! I have so much footage high speed, timelapse, slowmo, and a crapload ( that's a lot lol) of pictures. This never gets old to see that inside of the hotel. The breakfast spread is top notch as well. Thanks for the video and Dana too!!😁

What a place to visit. You always say in UK we have some great old stuff to visit but in USA it's massive stuff you get to visit. Amazing. I thought you would have sent your mini up for a quick shot of those trees.

Very impressive hotel. I recall some friends wanting to check out the Grand Old Opry. However, when they found out the cost to stay at that hotel they decided to stay elsewhere. I don't recall the figure but it was well north of $100 a night. Looks like it maybe worth it.

Ken, that was a beautiful presentation. I had the pleasure of being a guest at the hotel for a couple of conventions, one before the flood and one after. One of the seminars I attended was on the hotel's emergency response to the flood, evacuation, etc. I don't know how the hotel has changed, but I remember "new orleans" somewhere in the center, if we split up, we would meet at the two horses.

Seriously though that place is amazing. I've never seen anything like it but it kind of seems like a huge, devorated destination shopping mall with rooms were you can sleep over for as long as you want to
Drone question for you Ken: Do you have a video up where you go to a national park and your drone takes off from OUTSIDE the national park, and you fly into the park and all around, then land the drone back OUTSIDE the park???????? I heard that's legal. I've been asking the faa about this as well. I'm waiting on my 2nd answer from them. My 2nd question to them was the exact question I am asking you.
That's the case with state parks, not national parks.
You absolutely cannot fly in a national park. 👍
