- The only thing better than a rich, fudgy brownie is a rich, fudgy brownie made with brown butter. These brown butter brownies have the most incredibly fudgy texture and that signature crackle top!

I made these today and they were incredible! The only changes I made were adding a little less sugar (50g less) and not adding the chocolate bits, because I sometimes find american recipes a bit too sweet. But the texture and the nutty flavour from the butter were sooo good 🤤

Tried this today. I added coffee powder and high end melted choc. So good.
I warmed them up and had it with a scoop of ice cream.
Also the browned butter elevated this dish. ❤

Here’s the recipe written out:
1 1/2 cup stick of unsalted butter (browned)
3/4 cup Coco powder (bloomed in butter [mixed in while warm])
- Separate bowl -
3 eggs
1 3/4 cup light brown sugar
1 Tbsp Vanilla (roughly)
1 tsp salt (roughly)
- Mix em together -
Add 3/4 cup flour and 1 1/2 chopped up chocolate bar (or chips your preference)

I made these and they were literally the best brownies I have ever made!
I really had high hopes because of the reviews but I made these today and they weren't a hit for my family. I followed the recipe to a T, but I was told the cocoa powder was too over powering 🤔 (we used dutched processed cocoa powder).
Made them. I prefer a fudgey brownie, and these were definitely on the cakes side. Keep that in mind.

you should add 2 eggs instead of 3 for them to be fudgey

I made these and accidentally overbaked them just a little. They weren't dry, but they lost the gooey center. Made a chocolate ice cream base and put them in it, blended it in the ninja creami. Literal perfection. Even after being frozen they stayed just chewy enough to be amazing.

I've made this twice! Amazing! I don't have to spend the $ on Ghiradelli mix anymore. I even used bread flour, the first time, and it was still super delicious!
Note: The type of cocoa powder also makes a huge difference.

@@tani332I mainly use Dutch and have used ghirardelli cocoa powder. Both are unsweet. The brownies are sweet enough in my opinion when you have added the sugar and depending if you added your choice of chocolate chips/chocolate chunks.
The best one I have ever made too.. Everyone loved it.. I just reduced the sugar a bit

Oh i made brownies when i was in a high school in Sweden. But kinds of brownies i made it was dark syrup in it but if you don´t have dark syrup then it´s okay with light syrup. Because dark syrup are more rare outside Scandinavia. But it taste even more better by adding chocolate frosting with light syrup in it. Can also add marshmallows or chocolate pieces inside of the brownie if you prefer. Can also add raspberries or anything you like on the top.

Ok tried them today and here's what i think: well for the texture it was top notch i don't see much recipes where i get the same result in texture soo it was really great tbh, for the taste i found it to be too dark, well i don't mind it but my family wasn't much found of it so i think next time i need to make them much sweeter by making the cacao poweder less
