I am a 22 year veteran teacher and you give some really good advice! New teachers bring such a fresh vibe to a school, so NEVER feel nervous about asking questions or sharing ideas!! My advice would be to remember this: 1. You will NEVER be “done” so don’t stress, there is always tomorrow! 2. Teaching is our profession, not our entire life! Prioritize family over profession! Best of luck to all the new teachers, you will be great!!!
