It appears that many folks checking out this video aren’t familiar with Bomba Estereo. Please check them out. Their last album, Deja, was amazing. Check out Amanecer too! Just amazing artists. Doesn’t surprise me at all that they are into LCD Soundsystem and Radiohead. They are the Tropical version of those bands, pushing creativity and rhythm to its limits.
Elegancia Tropical is their best album, is the sound of Julian Salazar the member that left, MITU - Cosmus, listen to that album and you'll realize what I mean
When a band has as good as picks as these did, you know you got to check them out👏

I think I like them. Marc Ribot, never expected that name came out. Daft Punk, Radiohead, Bjork, great line ups. I wanna see their show one day, very curious how the guitarist plays, he likes Marc Ribot and Johnny Greenwood. Already very curious of his pedalboard 😂

These guys are dope. Plus it's nice to get such a unique sound come out of Colombia right now. Also really liking the Rock sound of Nicolas y Los Fumadores though I don't know if they are still active.
bomba estereo was something i discovered living in puerto rico. i had become tired of reggaeton at the time as we heard all day and night everywhere. bomba estereo was a little weirder more futuristic for sure and still having that musica romantica sabor that is an island fixture. they write fantastic emotional music.

I said out loud "Marc Ribot gets an upvote." But I do like this band. "Fuego" is one of my favorite songs.
I love these guys. I heard their song Fuego in farcry6 game and I was hooked. Good music, good people. If you’ve never listened to them do yourself a favor and check them out
