Here's Jack Sanders with a lesson that helps you get the most out of studying Carcassi's Etude #2. Jack looks at both hands and gives tips for playing this etude and as well as other technique practice suggested by the etude. Recorded at the Guitar Salon International showroom in Santa Monica, CA.
Huge thanks to the folks at Apogee Electronics (ApogeeDigital.com) for the use of their Ensemble interface in these recordings.

I just started studying this piece a couple of days ago and now I find this by my favorite teacher on Internet!
This guy is a phenomenal teacher.
Depth study of guitar technique, very useful if it is correctly implemented.
A great masterclass.
Thanks!
A great lesson. Working each hand separetely is fondamental. The tremolo version at the end is wonderful. I do appreciate your advice about right hand especially. Go on like this. Thanks
This is great! Very useful for me both as a player and teacher! Thank you, keep up the good work!
Thank you so much Mr Sanders . This video has really challenged me, yet encourages me as well. A fine lesson.
What an amazing lesson 👏👏👏
More Jack sanders please!
STUNNING BRAVO. THANK YOU. Bravo
This is great lesson in so many ways. Your playing looks so relaxed and ergonomic.
thank you so much, jack sanders
So helpful! Thank you ❤️
Very good thank you very much
thank you for your technique and experience
Very nice explanation. Thanks.
Sounds great to me!!
Of Matteo Carcassi's 25 studies the 2nd and 7th seem the most popular
Thank you!
Definitively my pleasure.
dude... this doesn't sound right. those notes are supposed to sound like a natural delay.
I hope you can do better.....
🤣
no good, wrong
A great masterclass but terrible pronunciation. These North Americans, it's Carcassi not Carcarzi. To me it's like nails down a blackboard. Apart from that (which will obviously never change) excellent teaching.
