The entire home and decor is just beautiful, and you did a wonderful job filming it. The backsplash and tiles were new to me, and very nice. My favorite areas were the vanity in the primary bathroom, and the laundry room to die for.
Overall, this house is a winner. I LOVE that it's only one level! I LOVE the color scheme throughout the home! I LOVE the fact that each bedroom is ensuite! This house not only has a large walk-in pantry but a huge laundry room that also looks like it is a craft/sewing/hobby room. That's a brilliant concept. Of course, there are changes I'd make, but not many. I would opt for cabinetry that looks a bit more *custom built*. As it is, it all looks like "builder grade," which isn't of the greatest quality. And the white cabinetry is a big fat "NO" for me. Since there's a recurring color theme/story in this home, I'd prefer to see those upper cabinets in a soft grey and the lower cabinets in a slate blue tone with a hint of indigo for depth of color and richness. I would repeat those colors in the remaining rooms with cabinetry. I do love the white countertops, although I'd like to see some bits of sparkle and natural, yet subtle and thinly veined off white quartz countertops in all spaces with countertops! The master suite is another place I'd make changes. I would decrease the size of the bedroom and increase the size of the walk-in closet, and add more cabinetry, hanging rods, shelves for shoes/boots/handbags, etc. I'd also place built-in drawer systems for various items (lingerie, hosiery, jewelry, etc) in the closet. I'd also tuck in a 3-way mirror and a well lit make-up table. I would line most of the closet with sheets of cedar wood to keep away pests and to make the room smell amazing. I would definitely have AC vents in the main closet and then have a closet within the closet that is cool/dry storage for finer fabrics and leather/furs. I'd also make the closet accessible to the bedroom via a pocket door and the same to master bath. Of course, that would require a tweak in the layout configuration in the master suite. But overall, this house is dang near perfect!
This is a beast. As a consumer it's a true work of perfection. As a buyer though I would change a few of the features. Like getting rid of the cabinetry on the wall adjacent to the feature wall in the dining area. Give the inside of that wall on either side a black backdrop and carve a layered white stone wall into sets of squares, diamonds or x&o's. Create shelving where the feature wall with the mirrors is in the dining area. Paint that wall red and use a stencil to paint white gold and black squares, diamonds, x&o's. Black cabinets with some or all windows and gold trims with crystal or gold handles and white epoxy countertops with spotted gold and black. Finish the cabinet and counter scheme throughout the bathrooms, laundry and wine rooms (which are both stellar layouts and configurations) but add a black feature wall to them. Remove the wall of windows behind the couch in the great room area and add a built in fireplace in the middle and shelving on either side. Since there's only one floor i would add a square of sunlight's in the great room around the ceiling fan. Or one in the middle and settle for vents. I would also remove the coat rack from near the bedrooms and build it into the wall at the entrance where the picture is on the wall. Edit: I would've loved to see encased shelves (for trophies etc) on the wall by the bedrooms where the coat rack is. I hope I'm not rambling or being too critical I just really enjoy architecture and shapes/organization/symmetry.
Simply gorgeous. Great video. The music is soothing and relaxing. If I close my eyes, I can see myself in that huge tub in the master bathroom. Do you know the wall colors that were used throughout the house? Gail McBride.
I don’t know. I do ask but they rarely have that information. I do think a lot of the blues look like Windy Blue by Sherwin Williams but it is just a guess.
The cabinets were not painted. That is the color of a stain. I would call it similar to Bona Gray stain but it depend on how light the wood is to begin with. All of the colors are SW. I believe they are all on the same color strip as Honest Blue. But I’m not sure. I have only been able to find out the colors of one house before.
This house is in Fullbrook on Fulshear Creek in Fulshear, TX. There’s a link to it in the description. All the houses there are over 500k so it depends on which floor plan you pick.
The blue color scheme is so beautiful and tranquil . . .
Glad to have decor tours back

Beautiful home. Glorious kitchen but the small bedrooms are so disappointing
I really need the paint colors on this one, even the greige on the cabinets. Is there any way?

I will certainly go look at that color strip. I see something I love, and when I try to guess, I end up with colors that are too intense.
What is the Master Bedroom Paint color?
I think it’s close to Windy Blue by Sherwin Williams.
What is the model of the flooring? Also what color is the kitchen island paint?
The island is stained wood. I do not know the flooring model
Where is this model located and what is its name please?
There is a link in the description box. It’s in Fullbrook in Fulshear Creek.
Where is this house and how much?
This house is in Fullbrook on Fulshear Creek in Fulshear, TX. There’s a link to it in the description. All the houses there are over 500k so it depends on which floor plan you pick.
Windows are ugly, almost industrial looking.
