My original training is in tai chi and she gong and Taoism and then Buddhism definitely shares many many similarities
Thank you, Steven! Opinions seem to be divided on my voice but I am no professional! Tai Chi and Qi Gong are great practices. Zen is what happened when Buddhism came to China and met Taoism. There is a lot of influence there and many of us have a great fondness for Taoist writings such as the Tao Te Ching.
