its the punishments that they drew lots to get. each member has an action and word assigned to them. As long as someone do the action or say the word, punishment is executed.

@chunky52695 well i only half way got but my guess is Bongseung says a name similar to theirs or the exact same name or saying a word that relates to them at that moment where she is not suppose to say those words or they get a punishment!
@chunky52695 each member has a special code that will trigger their punishment. like GO's is 남자 (namja), meaning man. so whenever bongsun says nappeun namja or things like that, GO gets punished. and joon gets punished all the time cus his word is 군 (goon), and its very common in talking cus its a way of addressing people, e.g. mir-goon, go-goon hope this helps you understand!
for Joon -goon at the end of someones name, Thunder its jeongmal (really)and Seungho geunde( but).Poor Joon keeps flying after everyones name is mentioned but he looks good in that tank top :-)
