It happens when there's too much or too little of free play in clutch cable which doesn't let the clutch fully disengage when pulled in. Kindly adjust your clutch cables' free play correctly.

Yes If I shift very casually it makes such loud noise but if done with authority and quickly then the sound is normal. Don't know why.

Also oil treatment is needed for smoother shifting.
Service centre overtightened the chain, now i loosened it and corrected the alignment.. but the gear shifting is a bit hard😢.. clutch play is normal..
