Hi Sameer, it Depends on the shipping term with Seller in Dubai, Usually there are three Charges for every Shipment,
1.Origin Charges(Charges incur in Dubai)
2.Ocean Freight(Charges from Dubai port to India Port)
3.Destination Charges(Charges incur in India)
There are some trading terms how seller and Buyer share these Charges, Most of the Seller are Pay only Origin Charges and the Buyer has to Pay the Ocean Freight and Destination Charges.
it depends on C.F.S container freight station .because there are lots of harbor in india.sometimes the consigner will be used to different way of ship.
