Great introduction to the HS403C. I recently purchased 3 of these for our AR's. I like them so well that I ordered the ultimak rail for my AK and I'm currently installing an MFI rail to my C93 so that I will have a place for my next 2 HS403C's. The solar feature was my deciding factor in choosing these. They'll run with no battery as long as you have light. Excellent units.

It is a original 1.63 height lower 1/3 co-witness mount by Holosun for HS403C. You could check with the seller, or your local retailer or dealer in your region.
