Sean has over 15 years experience as a Sound Engineer/Musician & is also a qualified Social Worker. Kris is professional videographer, photographer, and digital media specialist with over 15 years experience in the industry.
All audio is produced by ourselves. Video footage is either filmed by ourselves or we have collaborated with another nature videographer. We do not add commentary over the top of our nature recordings as it can detract from the relaxation experience. We edit, mix, & master audio in Protools & edit video with Adobe suite. We currently film with a Sony a6300, Lumix G80, GoPro Hero 7, & an iPhone X. We record audio with a Zoom H5 & Tascam DR05.
Each video typically takes at least 36 hours to create. This includes:

✅ Editing the video & audio
✅ Testing the audio on different playback systems
✅ Final edit & master

I really need emotional healing. Although I wont state why, its something that makes to cry to sleep every single night and some it doesnt even let me sleep. Thank you for this comment though ❤
This is so great! I always used to get anxiety in the dark. I've grown very sensitive to light because of my autism, so I couldn't sleep with any lights on either. These videos have really helped me relax in the dark. Now I hardly ever feel anxiety in the dark anymore. I actually feel peaceful. It means such a great deal to me :)

Another brilliant work that makes it so I can't hear the screaming of the tinnitus in my ears! I know it's still there, it may never go away. But for awhile, I sat here and was blissed out to only hear the waves and the storm. I also got so caught up in watching the waves, concentrating on how they moved, I was able to forget how stressed the tinnitus can make me.
I hate that I get so sappy, but when all I hear all day and all night is that screaming whistle, I just want to scream and cry myself.

Hey Christa! Thank you so much! So glad to hear this helps! I also have a mild form of tinnitus from playing in rock bands when I was younger. Yeah one of the main things that used to make it worse was the rumination and stress of thinking about it so much. But over the years of listening to these types of nature recordings I was able to take my mind off it and I hardly notice it anymore. Take care, 😊 Sean
@@NatureTherapy My tinnitus is from some some nasty prescription medications I was on for 20 years, and suddenly pulled off. I had to get off them!! But, I had no idea that tinnitus for 10 or more years was a side effect. It's been 7 months off them and until I found the work you two do, it was very rough.

This house is probably safe for a while. It is built on a basaltic promentory not like the houses on that sandy beach which is falling into the rising surf. Thanks for a good video. I was born in Aussieland and like to drop in on these types of videos.

My now 4 year old son has been listening to these beach waves and gently sounds for around a year. He loves to listen to it when he is upset or to fall asleep. He relaxes straight away as he watches the waves sometimes wash over the shell.

normal sounds like bamboo water fountain noises or rivers doesnt relax me, for some reason it just makes me super thirsty and hyper, but this is perfect. great for meditation and sleeping, I love it!!!
