If you were starting over, what would you buy today?
These are my favorite designer bags from my collection that I would replace: My small red croc Givenchy Antigona with gold hardware; black caviar small business affinity bag from Chanel; LV Pochette Métis in reverse monogram; black Diorama wallet on a chain with gold studs; and my tweed YSL camera bag.

I’ve had my eye on the YSL lou and agree- it’s a great bag. I’m considering the older version since I want this to be more subtle but the camera bag style I think will fit my need perfectly.

assuming money is no object, the only two items i would really, really, reeeeeeally want are the Chanel mini or medium in that gorgeous iridescent opal/rose gold colour from a few years back and the LV x Takashi Murakami cherry blossom pochette accessoires. i think those two are the only luxury bags that i would really LOVE to be able to have. everything else would be a "nice to have".

One of my first bags was the LV saint cloud based on your recommendation and I have got SO much use out of that bag :)

The Loewe tote is stunning- the fringe just made it EXTRA😊. Love it. Because I’m at a different stage in life now than when first acquiring bags, I would now choose the first to be an LV Montaigne in black empreinte or LV Speedy in same leather. Next YSL clutch in black with black hardware for evenings out and an MZ Wallace small shoulder bag in - you guessed it - black quilted nylon for when I need to be somewhere where I refuse to carry a nice leather bag. Last I would get the LV Phenix tote ( in my world , it is not discontinued 😂) in denim color way epi so it would still be lightweight. That would be my collection.
Love the Phenix!! Just a great bag, very underrated
