As a professional ballet dancer but also as ballettoman . Is really upsetting that instead of appreciate the rehearsal of this TOP level dancers, most of the comments are about Tsiskaridze's training clothes are not manly enough. Nikolay Tsiskaridze was and still one of the best Danseur Noble of the world. Despite (the accusations of the crime against Sergei Filin) and despite whatever he wears. He is still great a he has danced all the main roles with amazing critics. A real artist.

She goes everywhere where she sees Nika and throws mud at him. She is just a hater, you know the type. They like attention, no matter how they get it. They have filthy mouths and are violent. Lets not pay attention to this POS. I bet it's actually a guy, jealous of him trying to smear him. People like this disgust me.

And one more thing for the Nikolai haters. There is video of him dancing Carmen with Petit choreography as a part of this project and another video Fallen Angel with Eifman choreography , also a part of it. Watch it... some of you might actually see something you didn't see before, an incredible dancer and actor with unbelievable skills and artistic expression. So do yourselves a favor and try to learn something new instead of just spewing hatred. It might actually do you some good and open your eyes.

This is so true! His Carmen performance was incredible and unique. It made me curious, if he had ever studied Flamenco, as he did adapt some elements as if he'd been a flamenco peer for ages, straight out of Andalucia ;-). I would have loved to see him perform a complete Flamenco choreography, especially from Israel Galvan. Different dancers, different background, but a sort of similar excellence in terms of level of artistry and dedication.

@@chrissiebabe234 He didn't study flamenco, he however studied ballet with famous teachers, all the best one Russia had including Galina Ulanova, Marina Semyonova and others and his coachs were most famous dancers, Fadeyechev, Maximova, Kurgapkina, again Ulanova, Vasiliev and many others. Did you see Bolero or Laurenia he produced at Vaganova? Nothing was or is impossible for him.

To all Tsiskaridze haters, in Russia many people wear leotards during practice, it's comfortable and doesn't restrict the movement. Much more comfortable than pants and t-shirts. He is very traditional and conservative actually, a true classical artist as well as very educated and intelligent man with a law degree. So stop judging people by the leotard they wear to practice. Do some research, learn about person by listening to interviews as I have (o yeah, I understand Russian)."He is a true gentleman and very honest person. So give him a break and try to learn instead of reading gossip pages.

Interesting project. The only time I can remember watching prima ballerinas performing together was during one year at the Oscars. in a very short dance sequence to music from "Schindler's List".

@milli810 i dont think there is anything that really exudes masculinity with Tsiskaridze....

All of them are so handsome/hot, minus Tsiskaridze... the purple leotard with wrap-around sweater does not exude masculinity. Great video.
