If you split the locks and double knot at the root, you can make this look much more natural. Just for anyone who's interested ✌🏾

Triple the cap to make it sturdier and last longer, too many gaps, shows technique though. Stitch CSP round sides if too think edges cut last ones edges off.

I think the spaces are super smart and considerate of the aesthetics of the finished wig. In light of the fact that that hair is going to expand soo voluminously! That’s the thing with sistas, they wear sooooooooo much hair that EVERY race can see it’s fake! And comments they make, like where’d they find and kill you hat skunk on top of their heads. I work with you those whipipo, and have walked into the break room unexpectedly.
I personally separate the hair. Pull it apart.
