FruityNinja18 Editing the first name doesn't seem possible. I tried to do it using multiple methods and it didn't work. You can change the body type of an orc, but that comes with some bugs. Sometimes the orcs just randomly decide to lose all of their clothes. I don't understand why exactly but that's why I prefer to just stick to the original body type.
It’s too bad that so many people used this for making the impossible Uruk. I’m honestly just going to either recreate me ol’ boys or make cool looking uruks with thematic traits and weaknesses.

You went through each process meticulously, so that we would know exactly what to do. Late to the party here, but this guide is absolutely invaluable, especially since the main thread at the CE forums is effectively dead. I learned the hard way that you can't change a body type (i.e. Slim to Buff), and clicking the red X in the editor will lock in that value, applying to every Orc you mouse-over before saving. Thankfully I'm not too far in, so restarting isn't quite as painful, but I am salty I screwed up my early Twins spawn.

So first 3 things I’m gonna do with this is: 1. Remove the shame hand mark on 90% of my guys 2. Make/get an stormbringer 3. Remove the undeadness/insanity of my guys
@@OverlordMalarkey trying to do that currently, there's a guy with a not extremely hacked stormbringer which should be reasonably easy for me to weaken so it feels like a legit orc that I can have fun with
I prefer the rng factor. Got a holog legendary with only 3 weaknesses: beast, shoot and sneak attacks. He got like 3 inmunities: curse, fire and ice. Inmunity to executions, and have flame trower, fire bombs and a berserker crew with frenzy flag, his number of triats from left to right is 3 2 5 6 0 0 3. Is a beast.
Tested partially of this method and still seems to work in 2023. Edit: Seems to work in multiplayer as well... a reason for me to stick with offline/single player mode.

Couldn't get Uruk pointer to work so I ran cheat engine in Army View and hit Ctrl+Enter to go windowed mode in Shadow of War. Was able to make all Uruks legendary. Thanks!
Thanks for this video. I've been trying to completely 100% this game including getting all legendary items, but the correct captains have not been spawning for me. Using cheat engine to edit my orcs saved me tens of hours.
The way I get the orcs with edited spawn options quick is just advance time with get all intel checked. I can see if any of the orcs are to my liking and if not kill them with the status tab. I find it to be super quick and easy with little clean up. I find it faster and easier to the pit fight or lootbox method.
I know it's a bit late to ask for help here, but my table doesn't seem to allow the Uruk Pointer to open? Many of the options don't work. I am using cheat engine 7.2 with v21 of the cheat table.
When I get the chance to get this game for PC, I'm looking forward to remaking all the boys from my Playstation run, including making my favorite archer go from Golm Lucky-shot to the more badass orginal name of Golm the Battle Hardened.
this sounds interesting for making some pretty unique Uruks. just 2 Problems i didn't see adressed in the video though: What happens when you make a change to something like a captain's hates and it doesn't go through, and how exactly do you increase the ability cap naturally as to get the maximum amount of abilities on a single uruk?

I have a few questions: 1) how do I edit the eye color of my orc? Make it glow yellow or red like Cave Rat orcs? 2) how do I change an orc’s weapon to dual 1H weapons when he previously wielded a crossbow (1H left is available, 1H right has ??)? Right now I have it set to Orc_1HB_BloodAxe 3) how do I grant my orc necromancer, master of the hunt, summon Drake, etc. every time I try to add them via picker abilities and reload, they aren’t on my orc.
Wowguy233 1) That is a special trait called brighteyesglow. It can be put into the wounds category and it will work. 2) All you need is 1H Left. Check out 27:30 for instructions on that, but disregard the part about the right hand. That only determines what the throwing axes look like. Also, you will have to change the orc to a savage orc for the weapons to show. You can reference 24:36 for instructions on how to do that if you don't already know. Ignore the part about tribes, just do the steps for changing the orc class. 3) This one I'm not sure about. If you did everything correctly, it should work, unless those traits are locked to certain orcs. Maybe you can't put the summon dragon ability on an orc that isn't "The Dragon." I'm not sure. The necromancer should work for any orc though. If you've had no trouble adding abilities before, then I doubt you are doing something wrong. Maybe it relies on something else to work. For example, to add a hate of pain/injury to an orc, they have to have a vulnerability to something like stealth. There could be something similar that necromancer is dependent on. I'll have to check it out once I get the chance.
Wowguy233 I looked into the necromancer thing a bit more, and I figured I'd share this with you and see if it would work. Make sure under "Picker abilities" you have the trait "Picker_RaiseDead" selected. Also make sure under "Marker abilities you have the marker "Marker_IsNecromancer" selected. They also may need to be apart of the Mystic Tribe, so make sure under "Additional Properties" the tribe is set as "TribeDef_Sorcerous." In addition to that, make sure under "Picker abilities" the ability "Picker_TribeAttack_Mystic" is selected and that there are no other Tribe attacks active at the same time. If that still doesn't work, let me know.
Only reason why I’m doing this is to make cool looking orks. I have a friend and he really wants a spear thrower beast master and I made it for him. The way he got it was through Online Vendettas, just let the ork you made kill you and then he can do the vendetta.
I suppose this is the method for "readding" the effects of the Nemesis Forge, potentially reconstructing a follower/nemesis from the previous game. All I wanted to do was carry over my cool finds from Mordor, so this tutorial may help me in that.
I’m curious, I’ve seen a few drop-down options where it says “Nazgul” can you somehow an orc to resemble a Nazgul? or at least give them Nazgul abilities?
My bodyguard is a fucking beast, does insane damage, has a gang of elite savages, immune to a few types of damage and ranged, a trickster, etc. But he was terrified of morgal flies. Now he's only afraid of them. Didn't wanna make it unfairly OP lol.
Gona use this to make my orcs as human as possible. I’ve played this game three times over on console, allways trying to collect as many orcs as possible who use human or human ish swords and wear knight like armor. I want my army of knights to fight the orcs and now I will have it
I've never seen that error message before. I'm really not 100% sure how to fix that. It may help to delete and redownload the table if something was modified on accident. If that doesn't work then maybe post in the replies for the Shadow of War cheat table in the link in the description and see if anyone else knows how to fix that.
@@Anarzhy I've downloaded the table 5 times again and again, (different versions too in case the creator messed something up in the latest one for example) and Uruk pointer remains unselectable. How could have something been modified? it's not any wall I can assure you.

I feel like it’s worthwhile to mention; I had two guys follow over. The scripted one that starts as a recruit, yes, but much later, all the way in Seregost, Lorm Gold-Fang appears, a follower in SOM I had that was basically the OG bodyguard, for he would inexplicably show up everywhere I had a confrontation at. He even has similar traits, although a different body. This caused many shouts of glee from me, and I immediately got him. What are the friggin chances?
I'm going to leave a question here for anyone who wants to answer because why not: I'm trying to customize an orc but he's shoulder armor only appears on one arm why is that? is it a title oriented problem? ( since titles can change the color of armor so why not how it appears) or is it because he's class is a spear men
its a pretty common thing, you can only make an orc with half shoulder armor have both side armor is make them overlord but if they stop being overlord than they lose it again
fu man chu man I'm not entirely sure how to do that. There is an option in marker abilities that says generate blood brother but I'm not sure how to guarantee what orc it chooses or if that works at all. I'll mess around with it and see if I figure anything out.
TIJN I don't think you can make him, but you may be able to spawn him. It most likely won't say his name though. It will probably say something like"ID_ORC_UNKNOWN" or something like that where his name should be.
I actually have an Uruk with all the immunities that Thrak Bone-Licker has, just lucky to be honest. With this, I do want to remove a few vulnerabilities, but leave a few, because I do like to craft the best, but I do leave an "Achilles Heel" so that they're not too powerful and switch a few things around. Other than that, I am going to have some fun with this. My favorite Overlord will be titled the Joker as he laughs like him.
@@zacktheslayer6564 Yeah here is a difference between me and so many others. I make my orks for fun. Some will actually do that because they can't stand the thought of losing. If I was anything close to the latter I would have already done it.

@@zacktheslayer6564 That's what I am talking about. I DO NOT or WILL NOT do anything that affects anyone else. The only ones I keep as an Overlord are ones I build from the ground up, especially the most batshit crazy ones. If I do mod those, those are just cosmetically designed. Like one at looks like the Tower, but has a maniacal Joker-like laugh, an Olog that has a kettle pot screech and that's about it. Or even themed Forts that are 40K themed like a Khorne, Nurgle, Tzeentch or Slaanesh based forts where every Uruk and Olog are themed after the four Chaos gods if I want to be that detailed.
Since the changes are not updated in real time, this is a major timesink. They shouldve included orcs customization option as a feature in game, just keep it to cosmetics and look. Missed opportunity I say.
If the Uruk Pointer is not working, just close everything, then open the game first and then open cheat engine again. Try to select the uruk pointer now and it should work.
Does this not work for the Xbox version on game-pass and only works for steam? I tried doing it on the Xbox version on the game pass for pc and the master script won’t even open
Update it does work you just have to open the chest engine first then open shadow of war. But right after opening the game you have to select the application fast in the engine
i know im a bit late on this but could it be that u cant change necromancers? i had a necromancer that was unbreakable. i got rid of that and recruited him. than i tried changing his armor and stuff but it doesnt change anything. it changes the immunities and stuff but nothing visual. are they like fixed or something? Edit: actually it changes in game when I get summon him as my bodyguard but not on the army screen. Why?
I don’t know what or even how to fix this issue but there’s literally nothing when I open the cheat engine. No “actives/descriptions” or anything like it
after several tests and comparison, cheat engine only modifies the visual text, (lvl, stat, affix) but does not take effect in games that an armor object has 400 life or that it is modified to 900, we will always have the same quantity..... my uruk lvl 80 (modified) are killed by uruk lvl 11
So I used this guide to change the appearance of my orc Lorm. I gave him Tower head and body. I also changed his class from warrior to savage and gave him appropriate weapons. He spawns in fine in offline missions. But when I take him to an online siege, his head is invisible. I also modified another orc Ogg who is a hacked orc I captured in an online siege. I changed him from Marksman to Savage as well and gave him the Tower's appearance too. He has Lorm's problem but worse. Ogg spawns fine in offline stuff but when i take him online, his entire body and armor doesnt load. He still appears on the mini-map, but there is just a blue circle on the ground where he is supposed to be.
where are the (??) example special body. how do I insert the option? IT_BODY_SCAR for example, for the other orcs it doesn't let me put anything, only a sound starts
I've tried last versions of both CE and the SeiKur0 table just yesterday and boxes are unclickable. Getting (lua error in the script at line 7: failure determining what aob_gamedb means) error. I guess it's due to game got updated at least once more after the last version of the table released ?
Mr Mole2000 That just happens sometimes. What I do when the Uruk pointer won’t open is I restart my computer then just wait 15-20 minutes. Make sure afterwards you boot up Shadow of War and stay at the main menu, then open the cheat table, click master script and then Uruk pointer, and then click continue story and play the game. It sounds weird that just restarting a computer and waiting will fix it, but it has always worked for me and it seems to work for other people. Let me know if that fixes it and if not then we can try something else.

I am probably pretty late to this but I am wondering if the cheat table has the option to remove iron will from certain orcs? I know there is the option to just instantly dominate them but I still enjoy the fun of doing it myself.
I'm having a problem. I'm trying to make an orc immune to executions (combat_immune) but it ends up coming up as a weakness to executions. Please help.
Just give him slayer counter and fast learner that should help he wouldn't be immune but if you attack him from the front he will damage the player and fast learner will make him adapt to executions very quickly hopefully this helps
im having some issues at first i couldnt activate anything (after i opened it on shadow of war) but now the activate bar and things like the master script doesnt even show up

When I get the chance to get this game for PC, I'm looking forward to remaking all the boys from my Playstation run, including making my favorite archer go from Golm Lucky-shot to the more badass orginal name of Golm the Battle Hardened.
this sounds interesting for making some pretty unique Uruks. just 2 Problems i didn't see adressed in the video though: What happens when you make a change to something like a captain's hates and it doesn't go through, and how exactly do you increase the ability cap naturally as to get the maximum amount of abilities on a single uruk?

I have a few questions:
1) how do I edit the eye color of my orc? Make it glow yellow or red like Cave Rat orcs?
2) how do I change an orc’s weapon to dual 1H weapons when he previously wielded a crossbow (1H left is available, 1H right has ??)? Right now I have it set to Orc_1HB_BloodAxe
3) how do I grant my orc necromancer, master of the hunt, summon Drake, etc. every time I try to add them via picker abilities and reload, they aren’t on my orc.
Wowguy233 1) That is a special trait called brighteyesglow. It can be put into the wounds category and it will work.
2) All you need is 1H Left. Check out 27:30 for instructions on that, but disregard the part about the right hand. That only determines what the throwing axes look like. Also, you will have to change the orc to a savage orc for the weapons to show. You can reference 24:36 for instructions on how to do that if you don't already know. Ignore the part about tribes, just do the steps for changing the orc class.
3) This one I'm not sure about. If you did everything correctly, it should work, unless those traits are locked to certain orcs. Maybe you can't put the summon dragon ability on an orc that isn't "The Dragon." I'm not sure. The necromancer should work for any orc though. If you've had no trouble adding abilities before, then I doubt you are doing something wrong. Maybe it relies on something else to work. For example, to add a hate of pain/injury to an orc, they have to have a vulnerability to something like stealth. There could be something similar that necromancer is dependent on. I'll have to check it out once I get the chance.
Wowguy233 I looked into the necromancer thing a bit more, and I figured I'd share this with you and see if it would work. Make sure under "Picker abilities" you have the trait "Picker_RaiseDead" selected. Also make sure under "Marker abilities you have the marker "Marker_IsNecromancer" selected.
They also may need to be apart of the Mystic Tribe, so make sure under "Additional Properties" the tribe is set as "TribeDef_Sorcerous." In addition to that, make sure under "Picker abilities" the ability "Picker_TribeAttack_Mystic" is selected and that there are no other Tribe attacks active at the same time.
If that still doesn't work, let me know.

Only reason why I’m doing this is to make cool looking orks. I have a friend and he really wants a spear thrower beast master and I made it for him. The way he got it was through Online Vendettas, just let the ork you made kill you and then he can do the vendetta.

I suppose this is the method for "readding" the effects of the Nemesis Forge, potentially reconstructing a follower/nemesis from the previous game. All I wanted to do was carry over my cool finds from Mordor, so this tutorial may help me in that.

I've never seen that error message before. I'm really not 100% sure how to fix that. It may help to delete and redownload the table if something was modified on accident. If that doesn't work then maybe post in the replies for the Shadow of War cheat table in the link in the description and see if anyone else knows how to fix that.
@@Anarzhy I've downloaded the table 5 times again and again, (different versions too in case the creator messed something up in the latest one for example) and Uruk pointer remains unselectable. How could have something been modified? it's not any wall I can assure you.

I feel like it’s worthwhile to mention; I had two guys follow over. The scripted one that starts as a recruit, yes, but much later, all the way in Seregost, Lorm Gold-Fang appears, a follower in SOM I had that was basically the OG bodyguard, for he would inexplicably show up everywhere I had a confrontation at. He even has similar traits, although a different body. This caused many shouts of glee from me, and I immediately got him. What are the friggin chances?

I'm going to leave a question here for anyone who wants to answer because why not: I'm trying to customize an orc but he's shoulder armor only appears on one arm why is that? is it a title oriented problem? ( since titles can change the color of armor so why not how it appears) or is it because he's class is a spear men
its a pretty common thing, you can only make an orc with half shoulder armor have both side armor is make them overlord but if they stop being overlord than they lose it again

fu man chu man I'm not entirely sure how to do that. There is an option in marker abilities that says generate blood brother but I'm not sure how to guarantee what orc it chooses or if that works at all. I'll mess around with it and see if I figure anything out.

TIJN I don't think you can make him, but you may be able to spawn him. It most likely won't say his name though. It will probably say something like"ID_ORC_UNKNOWN" or something like that where his name should be.

A warning for everyone cheat engine isn't a virus but it has bundleware inside of it so prepare before doing something
I actually have an Uruk with all the immunities that Thrak Bone-Licker has, just lucky to be honest. With this, I do want to remove a few vulnerabilities, but leave a few, because I do like to craft the best, but I do leave an "Achilles Heel" so that they're not too powerful and switch a few things around.
Other than that, I am going to have some fun with this.
My favorite Overlord will be titled the Joker as he laughs like him.

@@zacktheslayer6564 That's what I am talking about. I DO NOT or WILL NOT do anything that affects anyone else. The only ones I keep as an Overlord are ones I build from the ground up, especially the most batshit crazy ones.
If I do mod those, those are just cosmetically designed. Like one at looks like the Tower, but has a maniacal Joker-like laugh, an Olog that has a kettle pot screech and that's about it. Or even themed Forts that are 40K themed like a Khorne, Nurgle, Tzeentch or Slaanesh based forts where every Uruk and Olog are themed after the four Chaos gods if I want to be that detailed.
Since the changes are not updated in real time, this is a major timesink.
They shouldve included orcs customization option as a feature in game, just keep it to cosmetics and look. Missed opportunity I say.

You have to download the shadow of war cheat table
If the Uruk Pointer is not working, just close everything, then open the game first and then open cheat engine again. Try to select the uruk pointer now and it should work.
Does this not work for the Xbox version on game-pass and only works for steam? I tried doing it on the Xbox version on the game pass for pc and the master script won’t even open
Update it does work you just have to open the chest engine first then open shadow of war. But right after opening the game you have to select the application fast in the engine

i know im a bit late on this but could it be that u cant change necromancers? i had a necromancer that was unbreakable. i got rid of that and recruited him. than i tried changing his armor and stuff but it doesnt change anything. it changes the immunities and stuff but nothing visual. are they like fixed or something?
Edit: actually it changes in game when I get summon him as my bodyguard but not on the army screen. Why?

I don’t know what or even how to fix this issue but there’s literally nothing when I open the cheat engine. No “actives/descriptions” or anything like it
after several tests and comparison, cheat engine only modifies the visual text, (lvl, stat, affix) but does not take effect in games
that an armor object has 400 life or that it is modified to 900, we will always have the same quantity.....
my uruk lvl 80 (modified) are killed by uruk lvl 11

So I’ve gone through and done everything? My game runs but when I try to X in the main script box nothing happens, do you know what could help?
I believe it's because a version mismatch, don't think the cheat is being updated anymore so it won't work
So I used this guide to change the appearance of my orc Lorm. I gave him Tower head and body. I also changed his class from warrior to savage and gave him appropriate weapons. He spawns in fine in offline missions. But when I take him to an online siege, his head is invisible. I also modified another orc Ogg who is a hacked orc I captured in an online siege. I changed him from Marksman to Savage as well and gave him the Tower's appearance too. He has Lorm's problem but worse. Ogg spawns fine in offline stuff but when i take him online, his entire body and armor doesnt load. He still appears on the mini-map, but there is just a blue circle on the ground where he is supposed to be.
where are the (??) example special body. how do I insert the option? IT_BODY_SCAR for example, for the other orcs it doesn't let me put anything, only a sound starts

I've tried last versions of both CE and the SeiKur0 table just yesterday and boxes are unclickable. Getting (lua error in the script at line 7: failure determining what aob_gamedb means) error. I guess it's due to game got updated at least once more after the last version of the table released ?

Mr Mole2000 That just happens sometimes. What I do when the Uruk pointer won’t open is I restart my computer then just wait 15-20 minutes. Make sure afterwards you boot up Shadow of War and stay at the main menu, then open the cheat table, click master script and then Uruk pointer, and then click continue story and play the game. It sounds weird that just restarting a computer and waiting will fix it, but it has always worked for me and it seems to work for other people. Let me know if that fixes it and if not then we can try something else.

I'm having a problem. I'm trying to make an orc immune to executions (combat_immune) but it ends up coming up as a weakness to executions. Please help.
Just give him slayer counter and fast learner that should help he wouldn't be immune but if you attack him from the front he will damage the player and fast learner will make him adapt to executions very quickly hopefully this helps
