It's not just the sign of the cross, the second part is actually a heavily stylized version of the Arabian greeting gesture, both merged together.

There is a tutorial. Couple as a matter of fact. So glad you love it. ISREALEA AFRICANA is how you look them up. African version is harder. But same thing. You can do it depending on how young your body is. They show 4 and fiveyo doing it. A 3/4 yo Asian little boy tears it up. He's better then adult behind him. He's up front or back all alone, getting down.
Their not in Africa. In USA. Blk and whites doing it, from adult to babies. There are so many challenges on Utube around the world 🌎.
